چکیده
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی پیشایندها و پیامدهای مهاجرت ورزشکاران نخبه ایران بود.
روششناسی: این پژوهش از نظر ماهیت دادهها، از نوع کیفی با رویکرد پدیدارشناسی و از نظر هدف، کاربردی بود. مشارکتکنندگان پژوهش را ۱۸ ورزشکار و مربی مهاجر نخبه تشکیل میدادند که به صورت هدفمند (از نوع موردی شهرتی) انتخاب شدند. دادهها با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته جمعآوری و در سه مرحله کدگذاری اولیه؛ تجمیع کدها و شناسایی مقولهها؛ و غربالگری و پالایش مقولهها تحلیل شد.
یافتهها: بر اساس تحلیلها، پیشایندهای مهاجرت ورزشکاران نخبه در سه مقوله اصلی و ۱۴ مقوله فرعی شامل ضعفهای اجتماعی (رفتار بینالمللی حکومت، تمامیتخواهی حاکمیت، نزول ارزشها و تبعیض اجتماعی)، ضعفهای حرفهای (امنیت مالی و شغلی، تجهیزات و امکانات اردویی، تأمین مربی، مدیریت ناکارا، کنترلگری فدراسیونها، تبعیض بین رشتهها و عدم حمایت از قهرمانان) و انگیزه توسعه و پیشرفت فردی (پیشرفت حرفهای، آرامش و ارضای درونی و دسترسی به امکانات و رفاه) شناسایی شدند. پیامدهای مهاجرت ورزشکاران نخبه نیز در دو مقولۀ اصلی و پنج مقوله فرعی شامل از دست رفتن سرمایهها (کاهش سرمایه انسانی، کاهش سرمایه اجتماعی و هزینههای مازاد) و ایجاد تصویر منفی (افت عملکرد ورزشی و تخریب وجهه بینالمللی) شناسایی شدند.
نتیجهگیری: عوامل مهاجرت ورزشکاران نخبه ایران تنوع بسیاری دارد که نیازمند تغییر نگرش حاکمیتی (در هر دو سطح ملی و سازمانی) و اصلاحات اساسی در حوزههای مختلف است تا با ایجاد شرایط اجتماعی مطلوب، رفع دغدغههای مالی ورزشکاران و تأکید بر عملکرد -به جای ظاهر یا اعتقادات فردی- مانع از بین رفتن سرمایههای ورزشی شود.

چکیده [English]
Objective: The purpose of the present study was to identify the antecedents and consequences of the migration of Iran's elite athletes.
Methodology: According to the main purpose of this research, it is applied research, in terms of the nature of the data, it is qualitative based on the paradigm of interpretation and using the phenomenological approach. The participants of the present study were 18 elite immigrant athletes and coaches who were selected in a purposeful way using a case-by-case method. To check the scientific validity of the work, four criteria of reliability, stability, verifiability and transferability were used.
Results: The antecedents of the migration of elite athletes were categorized into three main categories: social weaknesses, professional weaknesses, and motivation for personal development and progress, and in the section of the consequences of migration for the country's sports, two main categories were the loss of funds and the creation of a negative image.
Conclusion: The migration factors of Iran's elite athletes are very diverse, which requires a change in the governance attitude (at both the national and organizational levels) and fundamental reforms in various fields to solve athletes' financial concerns and emphasize performance by creating favorable social conditions. - instead of appearance or individual beliefs - to prevent the loss of sports funds.
