چکیده

هدف: شناخت عوامل کلیدی مؤثر بر نظام­‌های مختلف در هر سازمانی می­تواند بسترساز و راهنمای تدوین نقشه راه و سناریوهای توسعه آینده آن نظام باشد. با توجه به اهمیت این مسئله، این پژوهش عوامل کلیدی مؤثر بر آینده ورزش همگانی در ایران را با رویکرد تحلیل ساختاری شناسایی و خوشه‌­بندی کرده است.
روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش از لحاظ راهبرد هدف­گذاری کاربردی و روش آن توصیفی- تحلیلی و براساس روش­‌های آینده‌­پژوهی، تبیینی می‌­باشد. داده­‌های نظری با روش اسنادی و داده‌های تجربی با روش پیمایشی بر اساس روش دلفی تهیه شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان در پژوهش 15 نفر از خبرگان و متخصصان صاحب­‌نظر در حوزه­ ورزش همگانی بودند که به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات از رویکرد تحلیل ساختاری و نرم‌­افزار­ میک‌­مک استفاده ‌شده است.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد پراکندگی عوامل کلیدی و مؤثر بر آینده ورزش همگانی در ایران سیستمی پایدار دارند و از میان 42 عامل بررسی‌شده در این پژوهش، 4 عامل (گروه­‌های مرجع، بازی­‌های بومی و محلی، حامیان مالی، امکانات و تجهیزات) کلیدی‌ترین نقش را در آینده ورزش همگانی در ایران داشتند.
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌ها نشان داد آینده ورزش همگانی در ایران بیشتر تحت تأثیر عوامل نامبرده قرار دارد و تلاش برای ساخت آینده بهتر در زمینه ورزش همگانی نیازمند این است که عوامل مذکور توسط متولیان مربوطه ساماندهی و تقویت شوند.

چکیده [English]

Objective: Identifying the key factors influencing various systems within an organization serves as a foundation for developing strategic roadmaps and future scenarios. Given the significance of this issue, the present research aims to identify and categorize the key factors shaping the future of "sport for all" in Iran, employing a structural analysis approach.
Methodology: This research is descriptive-analytical in terms of practical targeting strategy and descriptive-analytical based on prospective research methods. Theoretical data was prepared by the document method and experimental data by the survey method based on the Delphi method. The participants in the research were 15 experts and experts in the field of sports, who were selected by purposive sampling. The approach of structural analysis and Micmac software has been used.
Results: The results showed that the dispersion of crucial and influential factors on the future of sport for all in Iran has a stable system. Among the 42 factors investigated in this research, four elements (reference groups, native and local games, financial sponsors, facilities and equipment) had the most critical role in the future of sport for all in Iran.
Conclusion: Finding shows that the mentioned activists mainly influence the future of sport for all in Iran. The effort to build a better future in sport for all requires that the mentioned activists be organized and strengthened by the relevant trustees.
