چکیده

شناخت عوامل کلیدی مؤثر بر نظام‌های مختلف در هر سازمانی می‌تواند بستر ساز و راهنمای تدوین نقشه راه و سناریوهای توسعه در آینده آن نظام باشد. با توجه به اهمیت این مسئله، این تحقیق عوامل کلیدی مؤثر بر آینده ورزش همگانی در ایران را با رویکرد تحلیل ساختاری شناسایی و خوشه‌بندی کرده است. این پژوهش از لحاظ راهبرد هدف‌گذاری کاربردی و روش آن توصیفی- تحلیلی و براساس روش‌های آینده‌پژوهی، تبیینی می‌باشد. داده‌های نظری با روش اسنادی و داده‌های تجربی با روش پیمایشی بر اساس روش دلفی تهیه شده است. مشارکت‌کنندگان در پژوهش 15 نفر از خبرگان و متخصصان صاحب‌نظر در حوزه‌ سازمان‌های ورزشی بودند که به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند. جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات از رویکرد تحلیل ساختاری و نرم‌افزار‌ میک‌مک استفاده ‌شده است. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد پراکندگی عوامل کلیدی و مؤثر بر آینده ورزش همگانی در ایران سیستمی پایدار دارند و از میان 42 عامل بررسی‌شده در این پژوهش، 4 عامل (گروه‌های مرجع، بازی‌های بومی و محلی، حامیان مالی، امکانات و تجهیزات) کلیدی‌ترین نقش را در آینده ورزش همگانی در ایران داشتند. در صورتی که نیروها و روندهای کلیدی اثرگذار بر آینده نظام مدیریت استعداد تکامل پیدا کنند این زمینه فراهم می‌شود که ایستگاه‌های ورزش همگانی، ورزش محلات، هوش فرهنگی، رویدادهای ورزشی، پذیرش اجتماعی، آگاهی‌ها و ارتباطات اجتماعی، پذیرش، باور و نگرش، انگیزش و آزادی انتخاب تقویت شود و در عین حال محدودیت‌های فرهنگی و محدودیت‌های مذهبی مرتفع گردد.

چکیده [English]

Understanding the key factors affecting different systems in any organization can be a platform and guide for developing a roadmap and development scenarios for the future of that system. Given the importance of this issue, this study has identified and clustered the key factors affecting the future of public sports in Iran with a structural analysis approach. This research is descriptive-analytical in terms of applied goal setting strategy and its method and explanatory based on future research methods. Theoretical data were prepared by documentary method and experimental data by survey method were prepared based on Delphi method. Participants in the study were 15 experts and specialists in the field of sports organizations who were selected by purposive sampling. Structural analysis approach and Mikmak software have been used to analyze the information. The results of this study showed that the distribution of key factors affecting the future of public sports in Iran has an unstable system and among the 42 factors studied in this study, 4 factors (reference groups, indigenous games and Local, sponsors, and facilities and equipment) played the key role in the future of public sports in Iran. If the key forces and trends influencing the future of the talent management system evolve, it will be possible for public sports stations, neighborhood sports, cultural intelligence, sporting events, social acceptance, social awareness and communication, acceptance, Strengthen beliefs and attitudes, motivation and freedom of choice, while removing cultural and religious constraints.
