چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، تحلیل شاخص‌های توانمندساز توسعه پایدار سالن‌های ورزشی استان آذربایجان‌غربی با بهره‌گیری از انرژی‌های سبز بود.
روش‌شناسی: روش پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی به روش کیفی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش، اساتید دانشگاه در رشته‌های مدیریت ورزشی، عمران، معماری و محیط زیست بودند که تجربه عملیاتی در اجرای اماکن ورزشی را داشتند و از میان آنها با 11 نفر مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته انجام شد. ابزار مورد استفاده نیز مصاحبه عمیق نیمه‌ساختاریافته بود. برای بررسی روایی پژوهش از روش اعتباریابی پاسخ‌دهنده استفاده و مشخص شد که مضامین فراگیر، سازمان‌دهنده و اصلی پژوهش حاضر با الگوی مفهومی به‌دست آمده همخوانی داشت. برای بررسی پایایی پژوهش نیز اعتباریابی درونی نتایج پژوهش با داده‌های گردآوری شده توسط افراد گروه کانون مرکزی تأیید شد. در نهایت مدل مفهومی مضمون نهایی پژوهش با بررسی و اظهار نظر افراد گروه کانون مرکزی پژوهش ارائه شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که مهم‌ترین مضامین فراگیر پژوهش دو مضمون: توانمندسازی نرم‌افزاری (منابع انسانی، آموزش، نگرش، اقتصاد و قانون و مقررات) و توانمندسازی سخت‌افزاری (توانمندسازی کالبدی، فناورانه و زیست محیطی) بودند.
نتیجه‌گیری: برای رسیدن به توسعه پایدار سالن‌های ورزشی با انرژی‌های سبز، قبل از هر چیز نیاز به نیروهای انسانی متخصصی هست که با دانش فناورانه و آموزش صحیح در جهت تغییر نگرش افراد برای استفاده بهینه از انرژی سبز در سالن‌های ورزشی اقدام کنند و متعاقباً از حمایت قانونی برای افزایش کمیت و کیفیت بهره‌گیری از انرژی سبز در اماکن ورزشی برخوردار شوند.

چکیده [English]

Objective: This study aimed to Analysis of empowerment indicators for the sustainable development of sports halls using by green energy in west Azerbaijan province.
Methodology: The research methodology was descriptive-analytical with qualitative approach. Statistical population was university professors specializing in sports management, civil engineering, architecture, and environmental sciences. Eleven individuals were selected as real samples for semi-structured interviews. The research instrument utilized was in-depth semi-structured interviews. To check the validity of the research, the respondent validation method was used and it was found that the comprehensive, organizing and main themes of the current research were consistent with the obtained conceptual model. The internal consistency of the research findings with the data collected by the central focus group was confirmed to evaluate the study's reliability.
Results: The thematic analysis of this study was presented following a review and discussion with the central focus group members. The findings revealed that the most comprehensive themes of research, encompassed two themes: Software empowerment: encompassing human resource, education, attitude, economy and law and regulation. Hardware empowerment: encompassing physical, technological and environmental empowerment.
Conclusion: To achieve the sports halls sustainable development with green energy, first of all, there is a need for specialized human resources that they should take action to change people's attitudes towards the optimal use of green energy in sports halls with technological knowledge and proper training. Subsequently, securing legal support is crucial to augmenting the quantity and quality of green energy utilization in these facilities.
