چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی مدل مدیریت داوطلبان در فدراسیون‌های ورزشی ایران بود روش‌شناسی: از نظر هدف کاربردی، از منظر گرداوری داده ها کیفی و از نوع تحلیل مضمون است. مشارکت کنندگان این تحقیق شامل افراد صاحب نظر(اساتید دانشگاه)، داوطلبان ورزشی، مدیران عملیاتی حوزه داوطلبی ورزشی در ایران می باشند. مشارکت کنندگان در تحقیق، 15 نفر از خبرگان و کارشناسان بودند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته می‌باشد.
یافته‌ها: پس از کدگذاری و تجزیه و تحلیل متون برآمده از پژوهش، 1500 مضمون پایه و 15 مضمون سازمان‌دهنده از 140 مضمون فرعی و 15 مضمون اصلی از کدهای اولیه کشف شده و استنتاج شدند و روابط بین آنها طبق مراحل سه گانه مدل PEP و سه شاخگی، ابتدا عوامل ساختاری، زمینه ای و رفتاری اثرگذار در هر مرحله در قالب شبکه مضامین ارائه شده است.
نتیجه‌گیری: میتوان اذعان داشت که اتکاء یکپارچه به طراحی مدل مدیریت داوطلبان در فدراسیون های ورزشی ایران بر اساس عوامل ساختاری، زمینه‌ای و رفتاری اثرگذار در مرحله آمادگی، داوطلبی و ماندگاری در قالب شبکه مضامین به مدیران این عرصه کمک میکند تا شیوه‌های کارکردی مناسب با داوطلبان را شناخته و در مسیری شفاف و هدفمند گام بردارند.

چکیده [English]

Objective: The purpose of the current research was to design a volunteer management model in Iran's sports federations
Methodology: In terms of practical purpose, it is qualitative from the perspective of data collection and thematic analysis. The participants of this research include experts (university professors), sports volunteers, and operational managers of sports volunteering in Iran. Participants in the research were 15 experts. The data collection tool is a semi-structured interview.
Results: According to the three stages of the PEP model and the three branches, firstly, the structural, contextual and behavioral factors affecting each stage have been presented in the form of a network of themes. The first stage of the PEP volunteer model is preparation, which is of particular importance for identifying and employing volunteers. The second step in the PEP volunteer model is engagement. This stage has an important role to show the importance of volunteers' work, and the third stage in the PEP volunteer model is sustainability. This step is very important to create an effective volunteering system
Conclusion: it can be acknowledged that the integrated reliance on the design of the volunteer management model in Iran's sports federations based on structural, contextual and behavioral factors that are effective in the stage of preparation, volunteering and sustainability in the form of a network of themes helps managers in this field to find suitable functional methods with Know the volunteers and step in a clear and purposeful way.
