بررسی چالش‌ها و فرصت‌های توسعه ورزش سوارکاری استان گلستان

چکیده

هدف: هدف از پژوهش شناسایی چالش­ها و فرصت­های پیش روی ورزش سوارکاری استان گلستان بود.
روش‌شناسی: برای شناسایی چالش­ها و فرصت­ها ورزش سوارکاری، از روش تحقیق کیفی و برای سنجش اهمیت و رتبه‌بندی عوامل، از روش کمی استفاده شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه کارشناسان هیئت سوارکاری (17 نفر)، مربی سوارکاری (300 نفر)، مالکین اسب (600 نفر)، چابک‌سواران (60 نفر)، تولید و پرورش­دهندگان اسب (1000 نفر) و تماشاگران برای هر مسابقه (تقریباً 5000 نفر) که از بین این تعداد 17 نفر به تفکیک، کارشناسان هیئت سوارکاری (4 نفر)، مربی سوارکاری (4 نفر)، مالکین اسب (3 نفر)، چابک‌سواران (2 نفر)، تولید و پرورش­دهندگان اسب (2 نفر) و تماشاگران (2 نفر) که در استان گلستان فعالیت می­کنند و در دسترس بودند انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده­ها نیز از روش مصاحبه نیمه ساختاری و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و در تحلیل داده­های آماری به روش استنباطی و از آزمون فریدمن استفاده شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه به تائید تعدادی از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی رسید که پایایی آن نیز از طریق آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه شد (78/0=α).
یافته‌ها: یافته­های تحقیق نشان داد که در بخش چالش­ها محور برنامه‌ریزی، مهمترین محور می­باشد؛ همچنین در بخش فرصت، محور تبلیغات و رسانه ، مهمترین محور می­باشد.
 نتیجه‌گیری: توسعه ورزش سوارکاری، حمایت مالی برنامه‌ریزی مدون، بازاریابی و اطلاع‌رسانی و استفاده از تجهیزات مدرن در مجموعه سوارکاری بر رونق این رشته ورزشی در استان گلستان می­افزاید.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to identify the challenges and opportunities facing Golestan province.
Methodology: To identify the challenges and opportunities of equestrian sport, qualitative research methodology has been used to measure the importance and ranking of factors. The statistical population of the study consisted of all experts in the horse riding board (17 people), horse riding instructor (300 people), horse owners (600 people), rabbits (60 people), horse breeders (1000 people) and spectators for each race (approximately 5000 people) Of these, 17 were distinguished, horse riding experts (4 people), horse riding coach (4people), horse owners (3 people), chefs (2 people), horse breeders and breeders (2 people) And spectators (2 people) who were active in Golestan province and were available. Semi-structured interviews and a researcher-made questionnaire were used to collect data. Inferential statistics were used to analyze the data and Friedman test was used. The face and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a number of sports management professors and its reliability was calculated through Cronbach's alpha (α = 0.78).
Results: The findings of the research showed that the focus of the challenge is the planning axis, and the most important axis in the Opportunity, advertising and media axis.
Conclusion: The development of equestrian sport, financial support for coding, marketing and information, and the use of modern equipment in horseback riding, has added to the flourishing of this sport in Golestan province.
