چکیده

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی چالش‌ها، فرصت‌ها و پیامدهای تولید پادکست‌های ورزشی در صنعت ورزش ایران بود.
روش‌شناسی: روش پژوهش مطالعه حاضر از نوع کیفی بود و از راهبرد تحلیل مضمون برای دستیابی به هدف پژوهش استفاده شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان شامل افراد خبره حوزه رسانه و پادکست بودند که به روش هدفمند انتخاب شده و مصاحبه‌های نیمه ساختاریافته با آنان تا اشباع نظری ادامه یافت که با 14 نفر محقق شد.
یافته‌ها: . تحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد ۱۵۴ کد اولیه در ۵۱ مضمون فرعی دسته‌بندی شده تا 17 مضمون اصلی را در سه حوزه چالش‌ها (محدودیت‌های زیرساختی و فنی، مسائل محتوایی و خلاقانه، موانع مالی و اقتصادی، مسائل مربوط به مخاطب و بازاریابی، مسائل حقوقی و مالکیت معنوی و عوامل فرهنگی و اجتماعی)، فرصت‌ها (رشد روزافزون علاقه به ورزش و محتوای مرتبط، مزایای منحصربه‌فرد فرمت پادکست، پتانسیل رشد و توسعه بازار پادکست در ایران، نوآوری در محتوا و فرمت ارائه و فرصت‌های بین‌المللی و تبادل دانش) و پیامدها (پیامدهای فرهنگی و اجتماعی، پیامدهای اقتصادی و تجاری، پیامدهای رسانه‌ای و نوآوری، پیامدهای آموزشی و پژوهشی، پیامدهای مربوط به ساختار و اکوسیستم پادکست و پیامدهای بین‌المللی و تبادل فرهنگی) تشکیل داده اند.
نتیجه‌گیری: توسعه پادکست‌های ورزشی در ایران، با وجود چالش‌های زیرساختی، اقتصادی، محتوایی و حقوقی، ظرفیت قابل‌توجهی برای نوآوری رسانه‌ای، توسعه بازار ورزش و ارتقاء آگاهی فرهنگی و آموزشی در زمینه ورزش دارد. تحقق این ظرفیت مستلزم تقویت زیرساخت‌ها، حمایت‌های مالی و حقوقی، تولید محتوای خلاقانه و اتخاذ راهبردهای مؤثر بازاریابی و مخاطب‌محوری است.

Identifying the Challenges, Opportunities, and Consequences of Sport Podcast Production in Iran

چکیده [English]

Objective: The purpose of the present study was to identify the challenges, opportunities, and consequences of producing sports podcasts in the Iranian sports industry.
Methodology: The research method of the present study was qualitative and the content analysis strategy was used to achieve the research objective. The participants included 14 experts in the field of media and podcasts who were selected purposively and semi-structured interviews with them continued until theoretical saturation.
Results: Data analysis showed that 154 initial codes were categorized into 51 sub-themes to form 17 main themes in three areas: challenges (infrastructural and technical limitations, content and creative issues, financial and economic barriers, audience and marketing issues, legal and intellectual property issues, and cultural and social factors), opportunities (increasing interest in sports and related content, unique advantages of the podcast format, potential for growth and development of the podcast market in Iran, innovation in content and presentation format, and international opportunities and knowledge exchange), and consequences (cultural and social consequences, economic and commercial consequences, media and innovation consequences, educational and research consequences, consequences related to the podcast structure and ecosystem, and international consequences and cultural exchange).
Conclusion: The development of sport podcasts in Iran, despite infrastructural, economic, content and legal challenges, has significant potential for media innovation, sport market development and promotion of cultural and educational awareness in the field of sports. Realizing this potential requires strengthening infrastructure, financial and legal support, producing creative content and adopting effective marketing and audience-oriented strategies.
