چکیده

هدف: هدف از این مطالعه شناسایی عوامل موثر بر ورزش کارگری ایران بود.
روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش از لحاظ ماهیت، کیفی از نظر هدف کاربردی و با طرح ترکیبی اکتشافی با رویکرد تحلیل مضمون مبتنی بر روش براون و کلارک (2006) انجام شد. جامعه ­­هدف پژوهش را خبرگان (اساتید دانشگاه، مدیران امور ورزشی وزارت تعاون، کار و رفاه ­اجتماعی و فدراسیون ورزش کارگری و کارگران ­ورزشکار دارای مقام قهرمانی) تشکیل می‌­دادند که با استفاده از تکنیک هدفمند گلوله­‌برفی تا مرحله اشباع نظری (17 نفر) به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. به منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌­های کیفی از مصاحبه­‌های ­عمیق و جهت تجزیه­ و تحلیل داده‌­ها از 6 مرحله تحلیل مضمون براون و کلارک (2006) با بهره‌­گیری از نرم‌­افزار MAXQDA10 استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: بعد از تجزیه ­و تحلیل داده‌­ها در نهایت 112 مفهوم ­اولیه، 23 تم فرعی و 15 تم ­اصلی (برنامه‌ریزی­ راهبردی، فرهنگ‌سازی، برنامه­ریزی ­عملیاتی، منابع­ مالی، توجه ­رسانه‌ها، بسترهای ­اقتصادی، جایگاه ­اجتماعی، تعاملات، ارتقای نظارت، نیازسنجی، ارتقای نوآوری، سیستم اطلاعاتی، توسعه زیرساخت‌ها، تغییر نگرش، مدیریت  کارآمد) به عنوان عوامل موثر بر ورزش کارگری شناسایی شدند.
نتیجه‌گیری: یکی از نتایج مهم ورزش و فعالیت­های‌­بدنی، ایجاد نشاط و سلامتی در بین کارگران و در جوامع است. دستیابی به چنین اهداف بزرگی نیازمند نگرش استراتژیک و فرهنگ­‌سازی در راستای حفظ و بهسازی منابع­ انسانی بود. این نتایج می­‌تواند مبنایی برای تصمیم‌­های مدیران و برنامه‌ریزان در راستای توسعه ورزش کارگری ایران باشد.

Investigating the Factors Affecting the Development of Workers Sport in Iran

چکیده [English]

Objective: The purpose of this study was to conduct a thematic analysis of the factors influencing workers' sports in Iran.
Methodology: The target population of the research consisted of experts, including university professors, directors of sports affairs of the Ministry of Cooperatives, Worker and Social Welfare, and the worker sports federation and titled sports workers. Using the targeted snowball sampling technique, the study reached saturation at 17 participants. For qualitative data collection, in-depth interviews were conducted, and the data were analyzed following Braun & Clarke's (2008) six-step thematic analysis approach, implemented in MAXQDA 10 software.
Results: The findings of this research showed that after analyzing the data, finally 112 primary concepts, 23 sub-themes and 15 main themes (strategic planning, culture building, operational planning, resources) financial, media attention, economic platforms, social standing, interactions, monitoring promotion, needs assessment, innovation promotion, information systems, infrastructure development, attitude change, efficient management) were identified as effective on sportsmanship.
Conclusion: Therefore, these findings can serve as a foundation for decision-making by managers and planners to promote the development of sports in Iran.
