چکیده

هدف: برنامه­‌ریزی منابع انسانی، اساس توسعۀ رشته‌­های ورزشی می‌باشد که پیش نیاز آن نیازمند آگاهی و تحلیل درست از وضعیت موجود منابع انسانی است؛ لذا، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی وضعیت توسعه‌­یافتگی منابع انسانی رشتۀ بدمینتون در استان‌های کشور می­باشد.
روش­‌شناسی: این تحقیق از نوع توصیفی-تحلیلی، از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش جمع­آوری داده­ها میدانی می‌باشد. جامعۀ آماری شامل هیأت­‌های بدمینتون استان­‌های کشور بود و نمونۀ آماری به صورت تمام شمار انتخاب گردید. ابزار پژوهش پرسش­نامۀ محقق ساخته‌ای بود که وضعیت سه گروه از منابع انسانی مهم (مربیان، داوران و ورزشکاران) در ورزش را اندازه‌گیری می‌کرد. روایی محتوایی پرسش­نامه پس از اعمال پیشنهادهای 13 متخصص تأیید گردید. جهت تحلیل داده­ها از روش­های توصیفی، رتبه­بندی و سطح­بندی در محیط نرم افزارهای Excel، SPSS و GIS استفاده گردید.
یافته‌ها: یافته­‌ها نشان داد که شاخص‌­های مربوط به داوران، مربیان و ورزشکاران به ترتیب بیشترین میزان تاثیرگذاری را در توسعه‌­یافتگی منابع انسانی استان­ها دارا می‌­باشند. در خصوص منابع انسانی رشتۀ بدمینتون در کشور نیز مشخص شد کمتر از 4 درصد استان­های ایران در سطح 1 یا توسعه‌­یافته، کمتر از 8 درصد در سطح 2 یا کمتر توسعه‌­یافته و حدود 88 درصد از استان‌­ها در سطح 3 یا توسعه نیافته بودند.
نتیجه‌­گیری: با توجه به نتایج پژوهش در بخش‌­های مختلف تنظیم و تصویب نظامنامۀ آموزش و ارتقای مربیان، تدوین سیاست‌های هدفمند در ورزش نخبه و ایجاد ساختار مدیریت استعداد برای ورزشکاران و افزایش کمیت در داوران رشتۀ بدمینتون به صورت متوازن و متقارن در استان‌­های کشور از اهمیت بسیار زیادی برخوردار می­‌باشند.

چکیده [English]

Objective: Human resource planning is the basis of development of sports whose prerequisites require proper knowledge of the status of human resources, so the aim of current study was to anlysis the badminton human resources development situation in the provinces of Iran.
Methodology: The research method was descriptive-survey and in term of objective was practical and in term of data collection method was field study. The statistical population included badminton associations in the provinces of the country and the statistical sample was chosed in the form of total number. The research tools were a researcher-made questionnaire that evaluate the status of the three group of human resources in sport, consisting of “coaches”, “referees” and “athletes”. Content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the viewpoint of 13 experts. For analyzing data, descriptive, ranking and leveling methods were used in Excel, SPSS and GIS software.
Result: The findings showed that Indicators for referees, coaches and athletes have the highest impact on human resource development in the provinces, respectively. Also, about development of badminton human resources in the country, it was found that lower than 4% of provinces in the country being in level 1 or developed, about 8% being in level 2 or less developed, and about 88% of provinces being in level 3 or undeveloped.
Conclusion: In general, according to research results in different parts, it is important to adjustment and approval of the training and promotion of coaches, formulate targeted policies in elite sports, create a talent management structure for athletes and increasing the number of badminton referees in a balanced and symmetrical way in the provinces of the country.
