چکیده

هدف: هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر، طراحی مدل مدیریت ریسک زنجیره تأمین پایدار صنعت باشگاه‌داری فوتبال ایران بود.
روش‌شناسی: روش پژوهش حاضر همبستگی و از نوع کاربردی می‌­باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاه (60 نفر)، مدیران باشگاه‌های فوتبال (22 نفر) و خبرگان آگاه و متخصص به مفهوم زنجیره تأمین پایدار (18 نفر) بودند. روش نمونه‌گیری به ‌صورت غیرتصادفی در دسترس هدفمند و ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه محقق ساخته شامل 9 عامل و 87 گویه بود که با استفاده از کدهای حاصل از مصاحبه بخش کیفی و مطالعات کتابخانه ای و متناظر با طیف 5 ارزشی لیکرت تنظیم شد و روایی آن توسط ده تن از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی کشور و پایایی آن توسط آزمون آلفای کرونباخ مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. در این پژوهش به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده­‌های پژوهش از آزمون حداقل مربعات جزئی استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: بر اساس یافته‌­های پژوهش حاضر، ریسک‌های پیش روی زنجیره تامین پایدار صنعت باشگاه‌داری فوتبال ایران شامل عواملی از قبیل ریسک‌های اقتصادی، اجتماعی، سیاسی، بازار، سیاست‌­ها و قوانین، زیرساخت­‌ها و فناوری، مدیریت داخلی، محیط زیستی و فرآیندهای تأمین عملیات می‌باشد که می‌تواند مخاطرات قابل توجهی در فرآیند تولید محصول نهایی باشگاه‌ها یا همان رویداد ورزشی ایجاد نماید.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش به مدیران باشگاه­‌های فوتبال کشور پیشنهاد می­‌شود با آگاهی از ریسک­‌های شناسایی شده از وقوع احتمالی مخاطراتی جلوگیری به عمل آورند که موجب ایجاد تنش و بی ثباتی در سازمان می­‌شود.

Designing the Model of Sustainable Supply Chain Risk Management for Irans Football Club Ownership Industry

چکیده [English]

Objective: The purpose of this research was designing the model of sustainable supply chain risk management for Irans football club ownership industry.
Methodology: The research method is correlation and is practical in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the current research are faculty member (60), football clubs managers (22) and knowledgeable and experts in the concept of sustainability supply chain (18). The sampling method is non-random and targeted accessible. The data collection tool is a researcher-made questionnaire include 9 factors and 87item which was adjusted using codes from qualitative interviews and library studies and corresponding to the 5-point Likert scale. Its validity was confirmed by ten sport management professors. Reliability was calculated by Cronbach’s alpha test.  In this research, descriptive and inferential statistics methods were used to analyze the informations .Also the, Partial Least Squares (PLS) has been used to check the research hypotheses.
Results: Based on the findings of this study, the risks facing the sustainable supply chain of the Iranian football clubs industry, which can create significant risks in the process of producing the clubs' final product, which is the sporting event, include factors such as: economic, social, political, market, policies and laws, infrastructure and technology risk factors and the internal manager, environment and operations supply processes.
Conclusion: According to the results of this research, it is suggested to the managers of football clubs in the country to pay due attention to the factors identified in this research. Awareness of the identified risks can prevent the possible occurrence of risks that cause tension and instability in the football clubs.
