چکیده

هدف: مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارائه مدل مفهومی عوامل اثرگذار بر آموزش کارآفرینی دانشجویان علوم ورزشی انجام شده است.
روش‌شناسی: روش پژوهش از نوع کیفی و به روش داده بنیاد بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل اعضای هیات علمی دانشکده‌های مدیریت کارآفرینی دانشگاه‌های دولتی، اعضای هیات علمی دانشکده‌های علوم ورزشی دانشگاه‌های دولتی سراسر کشور با تخصص کارآفرینی، اعضا و مدرسین ویژه و منتخب کارگروه اشتغال و کارآفرینی وزارت ورزش و جوانان و کارآفرینان منتخب ورزشی کشور بودند. نمونه‌گیری به روش گلوله برفی انجام شد. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و پژوهش‌های پیشین و مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختار یافته استفاده شد. در ادامه از تعداد 19 نفر از خبرگان مصاحبه شد که در نفر 15 به اشباع نظری رسید. سپس داده‌های مصاحبه با استفاده از نرم افزار مکس کیودا مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافته‌ها: در قالب پنج مؤلفه شامل شرایط علّی، زمینه‌ای، مداخله‌گر، پدیده محوری (آموزش کارآفرینی ورزشی)، راهبردها و پیامدها تحلیل شد. رویکردها در حوزه های رفتاری، کسب و کاری، خلاقیت مداری، توسعه نیروی انسانی، کیفیت ارتباطی، توسعه فردی و اجتماعی استخراج شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج حاصل از پژوهش می‌توان نتیجه‌گیری نمود که تغییرات به سمت اقتصاد جهانی و دانش محور، فرصت‌ها و تهدیدهای جدیدی را برای کسب و کارهای کار آفرینانه به وجود آورده است. بهره‌برداری از فرصت‌های کارآفرینی به تلاش‌های کارآفرینان ورزشی در شکل‌دهی مزیت رقابتی پایدار و خلق ثروت کمک می‌کند. همچنین ممکن است کار آفرینان ورزشی فرصت‌هایی را شناسایی و از آن‌ها بهره برداری کنند که به جای خلق مزیت رقابتی پایدار به ایجاد مزیت موقت بینجامد. بنابراین برنامه‌ها باید به سمت خلاقیت و نوآوری سوق داده شوند و با تلفیق دانش نظری و عملی مرتبط با کارآفرینی ورزشی در نهایت از دانشگاه دانش محور به دانشگاه کارآفرین حرکت کنند.

Presenting a Conceptual Model of Influencing Factors on Entrepreneurship Education in Universities (Study of Sports Science Students)

چکیده [English]

Objective: The objective of this study was to presenting a conceptual model of influencing factors on entrepreneurship education in universities (study of sports science students).
Methodology: The research method was qualitative and based on grounded theory. The statistical population of the research included faculty members of entrepreneurial management faculties of state universities, faculty members of sports science faculties of state universities across the country with entrepreneurship expertise, special and selected members and lecturers of the employment and entrepreneurship working group of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, and selected sports entrepreneurs of the country. Sampling was determined by snowball method. Data was collected from library sources and previous researches and semi-structured interviews. Next, 19 experts were interviewed, and opinion saturation was reached in 15 people. Then the interview data was analyzed by MAXQDA software.
Results: It was analyzed within the framework of five components: causal conditions, contextual conditions, intervening conditions, the core phenomenon (sports entrepreneurship education), strategies, and consequences. The approaches were extracted across behavioral, business-oriented, creativity-centered, human resource development, communicative quality, personal development, and social domains.
Conclusion: Conclusion: According to the results of the research, it can be concluded that the changes towards the global and knowledge-based economy have created new opportunities and threats for entrepreneurial businesses. Exploitation of entrepreneurial opportunities helps the efforts of sports entrepreneurs in shaping sustainable competitive advantage and wealth creation. It is also possible for sports entrepreneurs to identify and exploit opportunities that lead to creating a temporary advantage instead of creating a sustainable competitive advantage. Therefore, the programs should be directed towards creativity and innovation and by combining theoretical and practical knowledge related to sports entrepreneurship, they should move from a knowledge-oriented university to an entrepreneurial university.
