چکیده

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی و تبین ابعاد جذابیت‌­های سازمانی گروه‌ها و دانشکده‌­های علوم‌­ورزشی دانشگاه­های دولتی ایران از دیدگاه دانشجویان کارشناسی بود.
روش‌شناسی: روش پژوهش از نوع کیفی و به صورت تحلیل مضمون و جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان مقطع کارشناسی در گروه­ها و دانشکده­های علوم­ورزشی دانشگاه‌­های دولتی می­باشند. روش نمونه‌­گیری به‌­صورت هدفمند بود و مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 14 مشارکت­کننده تا اشباع نظری صورت گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌­ها از تکنیک کدگذاری استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که جذابیت‌­های سازمانی گروه‌­ها و دانشکده‌­های علوم‌­ورزشی شامل سه مضمون اصلی ساختاری، مفهومی، فناوری و نوآوری بود که 16 مضمون فرعی و 65 مفهوم را در بر می‌­گیرند.
نتیجه‌گیری: این پژوهش به مدیران و مسئولان دانشکده­ها و دانشگاه­ها برای شناخت ادراکات دانشجویان کارشناسی به عنوان ذینفعان خارجی کمک می­‌کند تا بتوانند شرایط بهتری را برای جذب آن­ها و ایجاد، ارتقاء و حفظ جذابیت­های سازمانی شناخته شده فراهم کنند.

چکیده [English]

Objective: The purpose of this research was to identify and explain the dimensions of the organizational attractiveness of sport sciences departments and faculties of Iranian national universities from the perspective of undergraduate students.
Methodology: The research method was qualitative and in the form of thematic analysis. The statistical population includes undergraduate students in sport sciences departments and faculties of national universities. The sampling method was purposeful and a semi-structured interview was conducted with 14 participants until theoretical saturation. The coding technique was used to analyze the data.
Results: The findings showed   that the organizational attractions of sport sciences faculties include three main themes: structural, conceptual, technology and innovation, which include 16 sub-themes and 65 concepts.
Conclusion: This research can help managers and officials of Faculties and universities to understand the perspective of undergraduate students as external stakeholders, so they can provide better understanding for attracting them and creating, promoting and maintaining well-known organizational attractions.
