چکیده

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، طراحی الگوی نقش آفرینی نهادهای مذهبی و فرهنگی در بهبود ارزش های اخلاقی و اسلامی در ورزش با رویکرد کیفی بود.
روش‌شناسی: روش تحقیق در پژوهش حاضر از نوع مرحله کیفی و براساس استراتژی نظریه داده بنیاد (رویکرد گلیزری) بود. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی تحقیق حاضر شامل اساتید و خبرگان حوزه مدیریت ورزشی و همچنین اساتید رشته های اخلاق، معارف و جامعه شناسی می باشد که به‌صورت هدفمند و از روش نمونه‌گیری قضاوتی (20 نفر) انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها شامل: الف) مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای و ب) مصاحبه اکتشافی نیمه ساختار یافته بود. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های کیفی از روش تحلیل کیفی محتوا استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته های تحقیق نشان داد که نهادهای مذهبی و فرهنگی کشور می‌توانند از طریق توسعه فعالیت‌های وقف و امور خیریه ورزشی، توسعه فعالیت‌های علمی پژوهشی، توسعه فعالیت‌های مرتبط با ورزش بانوان و توسعه رسانه‌ای ورزش در بهبود ارزش های اخلاقی در ورزش نقش آفرینی کنند.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته های تحقیق، مسئولین و دست اندرکاران نهادهای مذهبی می توانند با استفاده از ظرفیت های خود و همچنین، با کمک سازمان های ورزشی در توسعه ارزش های اخلاقی و اسلامی در ورزش کشور نقش آفرین باشند.

چکیده [English]

Objective: The purpose of this research was to design a qualitative model of the participation of religious and cultural institutions in improving moral and Islamic values in sports in the country.
Methodology: The research method in the present study was qualitative and based on the Grounded Theory strategy (Glasser's approach). The statistical population in the qualitative part of the current research includes professors and experts in the field of sports management, as well as professors of ethics, education and sociology, who were selected purposefully and using judgmental sampling method (20 people). The data collection tools included: a) library study and b) semi-structured exploratory interview. To analyze the qualitative data, qualitative content analysis method based on Glaser's 6.C (6c) coding family was used in the theoretical coding in order to synthesis concepts and categories.
Results: Results showed that six factors including: causes, related factors, contingencies, conditions, consequences, and context factors around the central category was identified.

Conclusion: According to the findings of the research, officials and practitioners of religious institutions can play a role in the development of moral and Islamic values in the country's sports by using their capacities and also with the help of sports organizations.
