چکیده

هدف: روند سالمندی جمعیت در دنیا چالش‌های زیادی را پیش روی کشورها قرار خواهد داد. یکی از این چالش‌ها پدیده تبعیض سنی است. هدف این پژوهش ارائه الگوی مدیریت تبعیض سنی علیه سالمندان در ورزش بود.
روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر پژوهشی کیفی و از نظر هدف بنیادی بود و با استفاده از روش گرندد تئوری مبتنی بر رویکرد نظام‌مند استراوس و کوربین (1997) انجام گرفت. جامعه پژوهش شامل سالمندان منتخب دارای تجربه تبعیض، متخصصان حوزه­های مدیریت ورزش و تربیت بدنی، جامعه­شناسی فرهنگی، سالمندی، پیری­شناسی و روانشناسی بودند و 20 نفر به عنوان نمونه پژوهش با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و نظری انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها با استفاده از مصاحبه (اشباع نظری) جمع‌آوری شد. اعتبار داده‌ها براساس معیارهای پیشنهادی لینکولن و گوبا تأیید شد.
یافته‌ها: با تجزیه و تحلیل مصاحبه‌ها در ابتدا گزاره‌های مفهومی و سپس کدهای باز و کدهای محوری در قالب ابعاد شش‌گانه یعنی عوامل علی (7عامل)، زمینه‌ای (4عامل)، مداخله‌گر(5عامل)، راهبردها (4عامل)، پیامدها (4پیامد) و مقوله محوری مدیریت تبعیض سنی ارائه شدند.
نتیجه‌گیری: اجرای الگوی ضدتبعیض سنی می‌تواند بهبود شرایط و فرصت‌های ورزشی سالمندان را به همراه داشته باشد. این الگو شامل رویکردهای سیاستی، تشویق و حمایت، آگاهی‌بخشی و فرهنگ‌سازی سازمانی است. با سیاست‌گذاری مناسب، توسعه فضاهای ورزشی عاری از تبعیض میسر خواهد بود که به افزایش کیفیت زندگی سالمندان کمک می‌کند.

Objective: The global trend of population aging presents numerous challenges for countries. One such challenge is age discrimination. This study aims to provide a model for managing age discrimination against older adults in sports.
Methodology: This study was qualitative and fundamental in purpose. It was conducted using the grounded theory method based on the systematic approach of Strauss and Corbin (1997). The population consisted of selected older adults and specialists in sports management and physical education, cultural sociology, gerontology, and psychology. Purposive and theoretical sampling resulted in 20 interviews that achieved theoretical saturation.
Results: By analyzing the interviews, initially conceptual propositions and then open codes and axial codes were formulated in the context of six dimensions that include causal factors (7), contextual factors (4), intervening factors (5), strategies (4), outcomes (4), and the central category that forms the final model.
Conclusion: Implementing an anti-discrimination model in sports can enhance the conditions and opportunities for older adults and other age groups. This model includes policy approaches, encouragement and support, awareness raising, and organizational culture development. Furthermore, with appropriate policymaking, creating discrimination-free sports environments will be achievable, contributing to social justice and improving the quality of life for older adults.
