چکیده
هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر طراحی مدل عوامل اثر گذار بر توسعه ورزش‌های نمایشی استان گیلان بود.
روش‌شناسی: روش تحقیق از نوع کیفی و کمی بود. در بخش کیفی روش تحقیق رویکرد اکتشافی نظام‌مند و در بخش کمی توصیفی- همبستگی، کاربردی و میدانی بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق در بخش کیفی منابع انسانی و منابع اطلاعاتی و در بخش کمی کلیه افراد ذینفع (مربیان، ورزشکاران، متخصصان در بخش ورزش‌های نمایشی و مدیران و خبرگان اداره ورزش و جوانان استان‌گیلان) تشکیل می‌دادند. ابزار اندازه‌گیری در بخش کیفی شامل مصاحبه اکتشافی نیمه ساختارمند و در بخش کمی پرسشنامۀ پژوهشگر ساخته براساس مرحلۀ پیمایش کیفی پژوهش (تحلیل تماتیک) بود.
یافته‌ها: نتایج بخش کیفی نشان داد که پنج منظر پژوهش شامل قابلیت‌های فردی مشارکت ورزش‌های نمایشی، بستر محیطی رشد ورزش‌های نمایشی، زیرساخت‌ها و امکانات ورزش‌های نمایشی، منابع و حمایت‌های ورزش‌های نمایشی و توسعه ورزش نمایشی بودند و نتایج بخش کمی نشان داد که قابلیت‌های فردی مشارکت ورزش‌های نمایشی، بستر محیطی رشد ورزش‌های نمایشی، زیرساخت‌ها و امکانات ورزش‌های نمایشی و منابع و حمایت‌های ورزش‌های نمایشی به ترتیب با ضریب اثر 64/0، 83/0، 94/0 و 63/0 درصد اثر معنی داری بر توسعه ورزش نمایشی داشتند.
نتیجه‌گیری: یافته‌ها حاکی از آن بود که مدیران ورزش گیلان باید شرایط و امکانات بیشتری را برای توسعه این رشته فراهم کنند و از جنبه های مختلفی به آن توجه داشته باشند و همچنین باید استفاده از فناوری‌های نوین برای طراحی برنامه های کاربردی توجه زمینه توسعه ورزش‌های نمایشی را فراهم می‌کند.
