چکیده
هدف: هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و سطحبندی عوامل موثر بر برونرفت از درماندگی مالی باشگاههای فوتبال حرفهای ایران مبتنی بر مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری (ISM) بود.
روششناسی: تحقیق حاضر از نوع تحقیقات کیفی با ماهیت توصیفی ـ تحلیلی میباشد و از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی است که به روش ساختاری تفسیری انجام شد. ابزار جمعآوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش مطالعات کتابخانهای، مصاحبه و پرسشنامه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه مدیران و مسئولین ورزش کشور، اساتید و خبرگان دانشگاهی آشنا به فوتبال، بازیکنان و پیشکسوتان فوتبال تشکیل دادند که از این تعداد 65 نفر به شیوه هدفمند و گلولهبرفی در هر بخش از پژوهش به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. همچنین برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات از روش ساختاری تفسیری (ISM) استفاده شد.
یافتهها: 69 شاخص موثر بر برونرفت از درماندگی مالی باشگاههای فوتبال ایران شناسایی شد، که در 7 بعد عوامل مدیریتی، عوامل زیرساختی، سرمایه انسانی، بازاریابی و تبلیغات، تکنولوژی و فناوری، عوامل حقوقی و عوامل ارتباطی و در 4 سطح قرار گرفتند که عوامل مدیریتی به عنوان سطح چهارم مدل که پایهایترین سطح و زیربنای مدل است، شناسایی شد.
نتیجهگیری: در نهایت با توجه به نتایج پژوهش، ایجاد ثبات در مدیریت باشگاه، واگذاری باشگاه به بخش خصوصی، به کارگیری مدیران و متخصصان بازاریابی، ارتباط سازمانیافته با مراکز علمی و پژوهشی داخلی و خارجی، تعامل با مدیران و متخصصان در باشگاههای موفق اروپایی و آشنایی با مسائل حقوقی باشگاه جهت خارج شدن از درماندگی مالی به باشگاهها توصیه میشود.
