چکیده
هدف: هدف از تحقیق حاضر شناسایی راهبردها و پیامدهای ورود ورزشکاران به دنیای سیاست بود.
روششناسی: تحقیق حاضر توصیفی و به شیوه کیفی بود که با رویکرد تحلیل تماتیک (تحلیل مضمون) انجام شد. شرکتکنندگان در مصاحبه از طریق نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند (12 نفر). صاحبهشوندگان متشکل مصاحبهشوندگان متشکل از کلیه صاحبنظران با سابقه علمی (اساتید رشته مدیریت ورزشی)، اجرایی (مدیران و کارشناسان ورزشی صاحبنظر) و ورزشی (ورزشکاران حرفهای با سابقه فعالیت سیاسی) بودند.
یافتهها: در بخش راهبردها، تعداد 43 مقوله فرعی بدست آمد که در 9 مقوله اصلی راهبردهای رسانه-ای، قانونگذاری، ساختاری، نیروی انسانی، برنامهریزی، ارزیابی، فرهنگسازی و اطلاع رسانی، ارتباطی و تشویقی قرار گرفت. در بخش پیامدها، تعداد 29 مقوله فرعی بدست آمد که در 6 مقوله اصلی پیامدهای فردی، سازمانی، اجتماعی، سیاسی، ورزشی و پیامدهای منفی قرار گرفت.
نتیجهگیری: ورزشکاران و مدیران ذیربط میتوانند از نتایج این تحقیق در جهت ورود موفق ورزشکاران به حوزه سیاست، بهرهمند شوند.

چکیده [English]
Objective: The purpose of this study was to identify the strategies and consequences of the entry of athletes into the world of politics.
Methodology: The present study was conducted qualitatively with a thematic analysis approach. Participants in the interview were selected through purposive sampling. The interviewees consisted of all experts with scientific background (professors of sports management), executive (managers and sports experts) and sports (professional athletes with a history of political activity).
Results: In the strategies section, 43 sub-categories were obtained, which were included in the 9 main categories of media strategies, legislation, structure, manpower, planning, evaluation, culture and information, communication and encouragement. In the consequences section, 29 sub-categories were obtained, which were classified into 6 main categories: individual, organizational, social, political, sports and negative consequences.
Conclusion: The results of this research can act as a roadmap for relevant organizations and athletes, which will result in productivity in the individual and social dimensions.
