چکیده
هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی عوامل اثرگذار بر پیاده سازی مدیریت عملکرد در سازمانهای ورزشی (فدراسیون ورزش دانش آموزی و دفتر تربیت بدنی و فعالیت های ورزشی) بود.
روششناسی: این پژوهش از نظر نوع کیفی و با استفاده از رویکرد تحلیل محتوا انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل خبرگان علمی-اجرایی و جامعه اطلاعاتی در حوزه مدیریت عملکرد بودند. نمونه آماری به تعداد قابل کفایت بر مبنای اشباع نظری به صورت هدفمند نمونه گیری و نظرخواهی گردید (14 نفر). ابزارهای پژوهش شامل مطالعه کتابخانهای نظام مند و مصاحبه اکتشافی نیمه ساختاریافته بود. روایی محتوایی و صوری فرم چارچوب مصاحبه از دیدگاه متخصصان و پایایی کدگذاری ها از طریق روش پایایی بین دو کدگذار (86 درصد) مورد تایید قرار گرفت. از روش کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی و چارچوب بندی مفهومی برای تحلیل یافته ها استفاده گردید.
یافتهها: نتایج شامل 50 مولفه در کدگذاری باز بود که در 10 بعد و 4 عامل مهندسی سازمان، سرمایه دانشی-روانشناختی، زمینه ای و مدیریت عملکرد سازمانی طبقه بندی شدند.
نتیجهگیری: طراحی و اجرای دقیق و هدفمند نظام های مرتبط با الگوی پیشنهادی در سطوح مختلف سازمان نیازمند توجه و اهتمام بیشتر مدیران در این زمینه میباشد و بررسی و مطالعه دقیقتری را به منظور انطباق و سازگاری با وضعیت سازمانی میطلبد.
