چکیده

چکیده
هدف: این تحقیق با هدف شناسایی و بررسی زمینه‌های نوآوری در صنعت فوتبال در حوزۀ داوری اجرا شد و نوآوری‌های تکنولوژیک در حوزۀ داوری فوتبال برای اجرای بهینۀ مسابقات شناسایی شد. تحولات، تغییرات تکنولوژی و نوآوری‌هایی که در صنعت فوتبال صورت گرفته، بر ضرورت و اهمیت انجام این تحقیق افزوده است.
روش‌شناسی: این تحقیق از نظر هدف از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و از لحاظ روش، تحقیق کیفی کمّی (آمیخته) است. جامعۀ آماری این پژوهش نود نفر از داوران و کمک‌داوران ملّی و بین‌المللی و ناظران داوری فوتبال بودند. روش نمونه‌گیری به صورت هدفمند و قضاوتی بود و نمونه‌ها شامل نخبگان داوری فوتبال بودند (73 نفر).
یافته‌ها: یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد نخبگان داوری فوتبال، استفاده از فناوری‌های جدید را در امر قضاوت مهم قلمداد می‌کنند و مایل هستند با بهره‌گیری از تکنولوژی جدید، استانداردهای داوری افزایش یابد و موجب بهبود و توسعۀ داوری شود.
نتیجه‌گیری: به‌کارگیری فناوری‌های نو تاثیر مستقیم و غیرمستقیمی بر عملکرد داوران خواهد گذاشت.

Abstract
Objective: The purpose of the present study was to identify innovation potentials in football refereeing. Because of the technological changes and innovations that have been created in the football industry, it seemed important and essential to do this study.
Methodology: This study was an applied one; quantitative in its purpose and qualitative in its method. The statistical population were national and international referees, assistant referees, and referee assessors. The method of sampling was purposive and judgmental. The statistical samples were elite football referees.
Results: The results of this study indicated that elite referees, assistant referees and assessors agreed with the use of new technological innovations in the game. It demonstrated that using new technologies affected directly and indirectly on the referees’ performance, too.
Conclusion: The use of these technologies will affect the referee performance directly and indirectly.
