چکیده
هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی و تحلیل موانع و فرصتهای بهرهبرداری از منابع انرژی تجدیدپذیر در استادیومهای فوتبال کشور بود.
روششناسی: پژوهش حاضر به شیوه کیفی انجام شد و برای تحلیل دادهها از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل مضمون استفاده گردید. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل خبرگان و صاحبنظران در حوزه توسعه پایدار، مدیران و مهندسین فنی استادیومهای لیگ برتر فوتبال در سالهای 1398تا 1399 ایران بودند. انتخاب آزمودنیها به روش هدفمند و در ادامه روش گلوله برفی و با معیار اشباع نظری بود که درنهایت با 12 مصاحبه، اشباع نظری حاصل شد. برای تحلیل داده ها از روش تحلیل تماتیک استفاده شد.
یافتهها: پس از جمعآوری و تجزیهوتحلیل مصاحبهها در بخش موانع ،31کد باز به دست آمد که در سه مقوله محوری قرار گرفتند. همچنین در بخش فرصتها 9 کد باز شناسایی شد که در دو مقوله محوری قرار گرفتند. مقولههای بخش موانع ، شامل موانع مدیریتی، موانع سیاسی و اقتصادی، وموانع عمرانی، و در بخش فرصتها نیز شامل فرصت های جغرافیایی و فرهنگی ،بازاریابی و منابع انسانی) بودند.
نتیجهگیری: استادیوم های ورزشی به دلیل استقرار در شهرهای مختلف کشور از فرصت های منحصر به فرد منابع جغرافیایی و فرهنگی و همچنین منابع انسانی و در نتیجه شیوه های بازاریابی وابسته به فرهنگ برخوردارند. به منظور بهره برداری مؤثر از این منابع در جهت استفاده از منابع تجدید پذیر نیاز به رفع مشکلات حاصل از سوء مدیریت این اماکن توسط مدیران ناآگاه و غیرمتخصص، کنترل محدودیت های سیاسی در منطقه، رفع موانع اقتصادی برای تأمین زیرساختهای لازم و نهایتا ایجاد زیرساخت های عمرانی برای استقرار تجهیزات لازم به منظور استفاده از انرژی های تجدیدپذیر در استادیومهاست. در این خصوص لازم است برای ارتقای سطح آگاهی مدیران استادیومها و شناسایی فرصتهای طبیعی و سرمایههای فرهنگی و نحوه بهره برداری از آنها برای استفاده از انرژیهای تجدید پذیر و مدیریت بهینه انرژی در استادیومها اقدام کرد.
