چکیده

هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی پیشران‏ ها ی موثر بر آینده ورزش همگانی ایران بود.
روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر ماهیت بر اساس روش آینده پژوهی، تحلیلی و اکتشافی بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل چهل و یک نفر از خبرگان (یازده نفر از اعضای هیأت علمی رشته تربیت بدنی با متوسط سنی چهل و شش سال که 9 سال سابقه فعالیت، علمی و عملی در ورزش همگانی داشتند؛ چهارده نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان معاونت ورزش همگانی وزرات ورزش و جوانان و فدراسیون ورزش ‏های همگانی با متوسط سنی چهل و یک سال بودند وشانزده نفر از آن‏ها  پیشکسوتان ورزش همگانی متوسط سنی پنجاه و شش سال بودند؛ که پانزده سال سابقه فعالیت،  عملی در ورزش همگانی کشور داشتند) ورزش ‏های همگانی بودند که از آن‏ها  مصاحبه های عمیق به صورت نیمه ساختار یافته انجام شد. در پایان داده ها توسط نرم افزار میک مک تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد عوامل کلیدی موثر بر آینده ورزش قهرمانی در 9 بخش یعنی؛ پیشران‏ های بازاریابی و خلاقیت، پیشران های رویدادها، پیشران های مجریان ورزش همگانی پیشران ‏های آموزشی، پیشران های تسهیلات، پیشران های سازمان ‏های مردم ‌نهاد (NGO)، پیشران های انگیزشی، پیشران های زیرساختی و پیشران های باورپذیری شناسایی شدند.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده از پژوهش حاضر می توان ادعا نمود فرصت های موجود  در محیط سازمان به حدی موثر هستند که می‏ توانند بسیاری از چالش های پیش رو را برطرف سازند بنابر این شایسته است مدیران و برنامه ریزان ورزش همگانی، به اندازه کافی در صدد بهره جویی از فرصت ها باشند.

Identifying the Indicator of the future of Iranian public sports

چکیده [English]

Objective: The aim of this study was to identify the drivers that affect the future of Iranian public sports.
Methodology: The present study was applied in terms of purpose and in terms of nature based on futures, analytical and exploratory methods. The statistical population of the study included forty-one experts (eleven faculty members in the field of physical education with an average age of forty-six years who had 9 years of experience, scientific and practical in public sports; fourteen managers and experts of the Deputy of Public Sports The Ministry of Sports and Youth and the Federation of Public Sports had an average age of forty-one years, and sixteen of them were veterans of the average age of fifty-six years; who had fifteen years of experience in public sports in the country. Were interviews conducted in-depth semi-structured interviews. Finally, the data was analyzed by Mick Mac software.
Results: The results showed that the key factors affecting the future of championship sports in 9 sections, namely; The drivers of marketing and creativity, the drivers of events, the drivers of public sports, the drivers of training, the drivers of facilities, the drivers of NGOs, the drivers of motivation, the drivers of infrastructure, and the drivers of credibility were identified.
Conclusion: According to the results of the present study, it can be claimed that the opportunities in the organizational environment are so effective that they can solve many of the challenges ahead, so it is worthwhile for managers and public sports planners to Enough to take advantage of opportunities.
