چکیده
هدف: توسعه ورزش در سطح کلان به توسعه رشته‌های ورزشی وابسته است. ورزش تیراندازی نیز به‌عنوان یک رشته مدال‌آور، ملی و مذهبی میتواند سهم بسزایی در این امر داشته باشد. لذا هدف از پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی و اولویتبندی موانع توسعه رشته تیراندازی در ایران بود.
روش‌شناسی: روش پژوهش حاضر به صورت آمیخته و از نوع طرح متوالی اکتشافی است. فاز کیفی با استفاده از روش تحلیل مضمونی و فاز کمی با استفاده از تکنیک رتبه‌بندی سوارا انجام شد. جامعه آماری شامل؛ خبرگان رشته تیراندازی در ایران بوده و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل مضمون و برای رتبه‌بندی موانع از روش سوارا استفاده شد. مشارکت‌کنندگان در مرحله کیفی شامل 12 نفر از ورزشکاران، مربیان، داوران و مسئولان اجرایی رشته تیراندازی و در بخش کمی نیز شامل 6 نفر از همین افراد بودند.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که اصلی‌ترین موانع توسعه رشته تیراندازی در ایران در مجموع شامل تعداد 127 زیرمقوله کلیدی در قالب 17 مضمون فرعی بوده که به‌ترتیب اولویت، در 6 مضمون اصلی؛ موانع اقتصادی، حمایتی، امکاناتی و تجهیزاتی، مدیریتی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی و انسانی دسته‌بندی شده‌اند.
نتیجه‌گیری: توسعه رشته تیراندازی در ایران نیازمند آگاهی کامل مدیران مربوطه از موانع اقتصادی، حمایتی، امکاناتی و تجهیزاتی، مدیریتی، اجتماعی و فرهنگی و انسانی به‌عنوان موانع توسعه‌یافتگی این رشته و تدوین برنامه راهبردی برای رفع و تسهیل آنها است.
