طراحی مدل عوامل موثر بر توسعه شنا با رویکرد اسلامی

چکیده

مقدمه: هدف طراحی  مدل عوامل مؤثر بر پیشرفت ورزش شنای ایران است.
 روش‌شناسی: روش پژوهش از نوع آمیخته است. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه مدیران استخرها، داوران، مربیان، ناجیان غریق، شناگران، استفاده‌کنندگان از استخر، اعضای هیئت­‌ها و فدراسیون شنا، مربیان شنا و طلبه­‌ها  که در رشته شنا فعالیت می­‌کنند و در دسترسی بودند انتخاب شدند. نمونه­‌گیری به صورت گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. حجم نمونه با روش نمونه­‌گیری طبقه­‌ای 265 نفر تشکیل دادند. ابزار پژوهش در این مرحله پرسشنامه محقق ساخته پنج گزینه­‌ای لیکرت بود. پس از تائید روایی محتوای پرسشنامه توسط از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی، پایایی از طریق آلفای کرونباخ محاسبه گردید. همچنین کلیه روند تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های پژوهش حاضر در غالب نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 22 و نرم‌افزار PLS 2 انجام گردید.
یافته­‌ها: تجزیه و تحلیل مدل پژوهش نشان داد، بین پنج مؤلفه، مؤلفه اقتصادی با بار عاملی (0.78) بیشترین  و  مؤلفه  امکانات و تجهیزات با بار عاملی (0.51) کمترین  مؤلفه در توسعه شنا را تشکیل داده­­‌اند.
 نتیجه­‌گیری:  با توجه به نتایج پژوهش حاضر، برنامه‌ریزی در سطح کلان، افزایش تبلیغات برای جذب حامی مالی، پخش مسابقات شنا از رسانه ملی، به‌کارگیری مربیان داخلی و خارجی و استانداردسازی امکانات و تجهیزات استخرها شناسایی شد از آنجایی که ورزش شنا در اسلام هم تأکید فراوانی شده، این ورزش باید در مسیر توسعه قرار گیرد، در شرایط فعلی نیاز به حمایت کافی از طریق مسئولین و فدراسیون شنا در جهت بهتر شدن دارد.

چکیده [English]

Objective of designing the model is the effective factors on the progress of the Iranian swimming sport.
Methodology: The research method is mixed. The statistical population of the study consisted of all pool managers, referees, coaches, lifeguards, swimmers, pool users, members of the swimming federation, swimming instructors, and swimmers who were active and available in the field of swimming.
the samples were selected as snow bullets. the sample size was created by the sampling method of 265 people. the research tool at this stage was a questionnaire and five ‌ Likert scale.
 after confirming the validity of the questionnaire, cronbach's alpha was calculated by cronbach's alpha. in addition, all the data analysis and analysis of the present study were done in theSPSS software version 22 and Pls2 software.
Results: the analysis of the research model showed that between the five components, the economic component with operating load (0.78)has the most and component of facilities and equipment with operating load (0.51)are the lowest possible components in swimming development.
Conclusion With regard to the results of the present study, macro - level planning, promotion of advertising for attracting financial support, broadcasting competition from national media, using domestic and foreign coaches and standardization of pool facilities and equipment is identified, as swimming in Islam also needs adequate support through the authorities and swimming federations
