چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی عوامل اثرگذار بر توسعه کارآفرینی نظام آموزشی علوم ورزشی کشور بود.
روش شناسی: روش پژوهش کیفی و از نوع زمینه‌یابی بود که گردآوری داده‌ها با استفاده از مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و همچنین مصاحبه عمیق و نیمه ساختارمند با خبرگان انجام پذیرفت.جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه صاحب‌نظران سه حوزه علمی، اجرایی و ورزشی تشکیل دادند که این افراد شامل، کارشناسان و صاحب‌نظران حوزه کارآفرینی (شامل کارآفرینان برتر ورزشی و اساتید این حوزه) اعضای هیأت علمی نخبه و صاحب‌نظر دانشکده‌های تربیت‌بدنی و علوم ورزشی و روسا و مدیران سازمان های ورزشی (وزارت ورزش و جوانان، فدراسیون ها و کمیته ملی المپیک) تشکیل می‌دادند.روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و به صورت گلوله برفی بود و مصاحبه با خبرگان تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت (19 مصاحبه). یافته‌های پژوهش از طریق فرایند کدگذاری در سه مرحله باز، محوری و گزینشی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافته ها: یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد که در مجموع 27 عامل اثرگذار در قالب چهار مقوله فرعی (مؤلفه)؛ مدیریت ارتباط بخش علمی و اجرایی ورزش کشور، برنامه ریزی اصولی و کاربردی دروس و سرفصل ها،سیستم آموزشی دانشگاه ها و توجه به واحد کارورزی و کارآفرینی و در دو مقوله کلی (مفهوم) برنامه و ساختار مناسب و نظام آموزشی و تربیتی دسته‌بندی شدند.
نتیجه گیری: یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن بود که مهم ترین علل توسعه کارآفرینی نظام آموزشی علوم ورزشی کشور، داشتن برنامه و ساختار مناسب و استفاده از نظام آموزشی و تربیتی به روز و کارآمد در دانشگاه ها  است که می تواند تأثیر مثبتی برکارآمدی فارغ التحصیلان رشته علوم ورزشی در بازار کار داشته باشد.

چکیده [English]

Objective: The aim of the present study was to identify the causes of entrepreneurial development of the country's sports science education system.
Methodology: The research method was qualitative and field-based, and the data were collected using library studies as well as in-depth and semi-structured interviews with experts. The statistical population of the study consisted of all experts in the three fields of science, administration and sports, including experts and experts in the field of entrepreneurship (including top sports entrepreneurs, professors in this field), members of the elite faculty and experts in the faculties of physical education and sports sciences. Managers of sports organizations (Ministry of Sports and Youth, Federations and the National Olympic Committee) were formed. The method of targeted sampling was used as a snowball and interviews with experts continued until theoretical saturation was achieved (19 interviews). The research findings were analyzed through the coding process in three stages: open, central and selective.
Results:The findings showed that a total of 27 factors the form in the form of 4 sub-categories (component); Communication management of the scientific and executive part of the country's sports, principled and practical planning of courses and topics, university education system and attention to internship and entrepreneurship unit and in two general categories (concept) called appropriate program and structure and educational system.
Conclusion: The research findings indicated that the most important reasons for the development of entrepreneurship in the country's physical education and sports science system are having a proper program and structure and using up-to-date and efficient educational system in universities, which can have a positive effect on the efficiency of physical education graduates.
