چکیده
هدف: هدف از تحقیق حاضر تعیین نقش استراتژیهای درون و برون سازمانی بر استقرار نظام شایسته سالاری در شرکت توسعه و نگهداری اماکن ورزشی کشور بود.
روششناسی: این تحقیق از نظر هدف، از نوع کاربردی است به لحاظ گردآوری دادهها، توصیفی همبستگی میباشد. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی کارکنان شرکت توسعه و نگهداری اماکن ورزشی کشور بود (828 نفر). بر اساس جدول مورگان 265 نفر از کارکنان دفتر مرکزی، مجموعه انقلاب و مجموعه آزادی به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. به منظور جمع آوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای عوامل مرتبط با شایسته سالاری عبدصبور (1387) و شایسته سالاری ابیلی (1390) استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از همبستگی پیرسون و تکنیک مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد بین عوامل برون سازمانی، عوامل درون سازمانی و کارکردهای مدیریت منابع انسانی بر شایسته سالاری کارکنان اثر مثبت و معنیداری دارند و کارکردهای مدیریت منابع انسانی بیشترین تأثیر را بر نظام شایسته سالاری دارد.
نتیجهگیری: در نهایت با توجه به نتایج تحقیق میتوان گفت استفاده از روشهای قانونمند در نظام استخدام، انتصاب و ارتقاء، رعایت قوانین و بخشنامههای موجود، فراهم کردن بستر مناسب برای پرورش منابع انسانی کارا و اثربخش، زمینههای استقرار شایسته سالاری در شرکت توسعه و نگهداری اماکن ورزشی ایجاد شود
