چکیده
هدف: هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی عوامل نقش پذیر بر جایگاه آموزشی رشته کارشناسی علوم ورزشی از منظر یادگیری کارآفرینانه بود.
روششناسی: روش پژوهش کیفی از نوع پدیدارشناسی هرمونوتیک بود. مشارکت کنندگان شامل دانشجویان و استادان رشته علوم ورزشی دانشگاه های دولتی بودند که 23 نفر انتخاب شدند. نمونه گیری هدفمند بود و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه داشت. ابزار مورداستفاده، مصاحبه عمیق و باز بود. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از رویکرد کدگذاری تحلیلی بود. اعتمادپذیری از طریق از مشارکت بلندمدت و همهجانبه نگری مآخذ داده تعیین شد و ضریب توافق درصدی 83 درصد به دست آمد.
یافتهها: 49 مضمون فرعی و 8 مضمون اصلی از مصاحبه ها شناسایی شد. مضامین اصلی از قبیل؛ شناخت زمینه های کارآفرینی در شرایط تجربی، ساختار دانشگاهی، محتوا و کیفیت برخی دروس، همکاری بین نهادی، دانش و نگرش استادان، بازنگری عنوان و محتوای درسی، فرایند انتقال آموزشی دروس و تقویت فرایند عملی یادگیری به عنوان عوامل اثرگذار بر یادگیری کارآفرینانه در دانشکده ها عنوان شد.
نتیجهگیری: مهمترین مسئله، برنامه های آموزشی است که رویکردها و سرفصل های صرفاً تئوری، نمی تواند جایگاهی بهمنظور تقویت یادگیری کارآفرینانه در بین دانشجویان داشته باشد و بازنگری جامع و اصولی برنامه ها و شیوه آموزش بهمنظور تقویت دانش، نگرش و مهارت و انطباق این آموزش ها با نیازهای جامعه می تواند رشته علوم ورزشی را در جهت توسعه و پویایی کارآفرینانه قرار دهد.
