چکیده
هدف: تحقیق حاضر با هدف شناسایی و اولویت بندی نیازهای توسعه لجستیک معکوس در رویدادهای ورزشی انجام گرفته است.
روششناسی: تحقیق حاضر از نوع، تحقیقات امیخته بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر در بخش کیفی شامل خبرگان حوزه مدیریت ورزشی بودند که در خصوص موضوع پژوهش تحقیق تجربه و آگاهی لازم مشخص گردیدند. همچنین جامعه آماری در بخش کمی تحقیق شامل برخی مدیران رویدادهای ورزشی کشور، روسای فدراسیون های ورزشی فعال در برگزاری رویدادهای ورزشی و همچنین برخی اساتید دانشگاهی خبره و آگاه به موضوع تحقیق بودند. ابزار تحقیق شامل مصاحبه های نیمه ساختارمند در بخش کیفی و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته در بخش کمی بود که با توجه به اهداف و روش تحقیق، طراحی گردیده بود.
یافتهها: نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که 6 نیاز فرهنگی، فنی، مدیریتی، سیاسی، انسانی و بین المللی به عنوان نیازهای توسعه لجستیک معکوس در رویدادهای ورزشی مشخص می باشد. نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که نیازهای فرهنگی با نمره نرمال 451/0 مهمترین نیاز توسعه لجستیک معکوس در رویدادهای ورزشی می باشد.
نتیجهگیری: توجه به مسائل فرهنگی در جهت توسعه لجستیک معکوس یکی از نیازهای مهم در رویدادهای ورزشی می باشد. این مساله توجه به تحول فرهنگی جهت بهره گیری از لجستیک معکوس را بازگو می نماید.
