چکیده
هدف: هدف از انجام این پژوهش، شناسایی و تبیین عوامل مؤثر بر استقرار "مدیریت استعداد" معلمان تربیت بدنی کشور بود.
روششناسی: روش پژوهش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی میباشد. جامعة آماری پژوهش را کلیة معلمان تربیت بدنی کشور تشکیل دادند. با توجه به هدف پژوهش، 384 نفر در بخش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و 345 نفر در بخش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی به روش تصادفی طبقه ای به عنوان نمونة آماری پژوهش انتخاب شدند. دادههای موردنیاز برای شناسایی مؤلفهها و تحلیل مدل اندازهگیری با استفاده از پرسشنامة محقق ساخته، پس از اخذ روایی (صوری، محتوا و سازه) و اعتبارسنجی، گردآوری شد. برای محاسبه پایایی ابزار از روش آلفای کرونباخ (90/0=α) و برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها، از روشهای تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، تأییدی و معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرم افزار اس پی اس اس نسخه 20 و نرم افزار لیزرل انجام گرفت.
یافتهها: براساس نتایج حاصل از تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی، 23 گویه شناسایی شده بهعنوان پیش نیازهای مدیریت استعداد معلمان تربیت بدنی در پنج بُعد کارکنان، سازمان، نگرش مدیران، سیاستها و قوانین کلی و مفهومسازی استعداد دستهبندی شدند. بررسی و آزمون مدل پژوهش نیز نشان داد شاخصهای کلی برازش مدل اندازهگیری در وضعیت مطلوبی قرار دارند؛ بهطوریکه میزان شاخص نیکویی برازش 90/0، شاخص نیکویی برازش تطبیقی 99/0 و شاخص ریشة میانگین مجذور برآورد تقریب 07/0 بود.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج این پژوهش حاکی از آناست که مدیران منابع انسانی در سطح کلان وزارت آموزش و پرورش میبایست ضمن تلاش جهت استقرار فرآیند مدیریت استعداد معلمان تربیت بدنی، برای دستیابی به نتیجه ی مطلوب، به تأمین پیشنیاز ها و عوامل مؤثر بر استقرار مبادرت ورزند.
