چکیده
هدف: هدف از مطالعه حاضر شناسایی عوامل بروز فساد در فوتبال ایران است.
روششناسی: این پژوهش کاربردی و روش انجام آن آمیخته است. روش نمونه گیری، هدفمند و دردسترس بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل مدیران، مربیان، بازیکنان، پیشکسوتان و داوران فوتبال ایران، بود. در مرحله اول تحقیق با استفاده از انجام مصاحبه با 17 نفر از جامعه آماری، عوامل شناسایی شدند. در مرحله دوم، عوامل شناسایی شده در مصاحبه، توسط گروه دلفی (20 نفر) و در دو مرحله بررسی شد؛ در این مرحله عواملی که حداقل 60 درصد دارای پاسخ مثبت بودند، برای مرحله بعد باقی ماندند. در مرحله نهایی رتبه بندی عوامل شناسایی شده در دو مرحله قبل با استفاده از پرسشنامه پنج گزینه ای لیکرت انجام شد. روایی پرسشنامه بوسیله اساتید مدیریت ورزشی و پایایی آن از طریق آلفای کرونباخ به دست آمد (86/0=α). برای رتبه بندی عوامل از آزمون فریدمن در قالب نرم افزار SPSS استفاده شد.
یافتهها: براساس یافته های این تحقیق مهمترین عوامل بروز فساد در فوتبال ایران به ترتیب شامل نبود اراده جمعی لازم برای مبارزه با فساد، گردش پول زیاد و بدون برنامه در فوتبال، نظارت ناکافی و کنترل نامناسب، دخالت سیاسیون و سوء مدیریت در برخورد با فساد بودند.
نتیجهگیری: بنابراین با توجه به نتایج این تحقیق می توان گفت در فوتبال ایران عزمی جهت مبارزه اساسی با فساد وجود ندارد و همین عامل نیز دلیلی برای نبود نظارت کافی می باشد.
