چکیده
هدف: هدف از انجام این پژوهش طراحی الگوی پنهان حاکم بر خصوصیسازی در صنعت ورزش ایران بود.
روششناسی: این پژوهش دارای رویکردی کیفی بوده و از نظریه داده بنیاد بهعنوان روش تحقیق استفاده شده است. روش گردآوری دادهها، مطالعة اسناد بالادستی و مصاحبههای عمیق و باز با 15 نفر از نخبگان آگاه از موضوع مورد بحث بود. روایی این پژوهش توسط مصاحبهشوندگان و سپس اساتید متخصص مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و تأیید گردید. پایایی نیز با استفاده از روش توافق درون موضوعی 84/0 بهدست آمد. برای تحلیل دادهها از روش مقایسة مداوم در طی سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی استفاده شده است.
یافتهها: در نتیجه تحلیل مصاحبهها و اسناد بالادستی 118 مفهوم کلیدی در قالب 51 مقوله و 11 طبقة اصلی استخراج گردید. طبقههای اصلی شامل الزامات قوانین بالادستی؛ مدیریت تغییر، تحول و تعارض؛ اصلاح ساختار؛ تجاریسازی؛ حرفهایگرایی؛ خصوصیسازی؛ عوامل بیرونی و فضای سازمانی؛ فقدان عزم ملی و ظاهرسازی؛ ارتقاء نظام نظارت و کنترل؛ بسترسازی و انضباط حرفهای و توسعه و بینالمللی شدن صنعت ورزش میباشند.
نتیجهگیری: به نظر میرسد در شرایط موجود، ساختار صنعت ورزش کشور آمادگی لازم برای خصوصیسازی را ندارد و در همة ابعاد خود و با الهام از قوانین بالادستی نیاز جدی به مهندسی مجدد دارد.
