چکیده

هدف: هدف این تحقیق، بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر سیاست­گذاری بدمینتون نخبه ایران با تأکید بر موفقیت‌های بین‌المللی بود.
روش‌شناسی: تحقیق حاضر از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر اجرا توصیفی - پیمایشی بود. جامعۀ آماری شامل خانوادۀ بدمینتون (اعضای فدراسیون، هیأت‌های استانی، روسای هیأت‌های شهرستان و مربیان) بودند که نمونۀ مورد نیاز به صورت تصادفی- طبقه‌ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد استفاده، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بود که پس از بررسی روایی و پایایی و با توجه به طبیعی بودن توزیع داده­ها از آزمون­های تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تحلیل مسیر استفاده شد. به منظور ارائه مدل معادلات ساختاری در این پژوهش از نرم‌افزار ایموس استفاده شد.
یافته­ها: بر اساس یافته­ها، حمایت مالی، توسعه سیستم استعدادیابی، شرکت در رقابت‌ها، حمایت همه‌جانبه از ورزشکاران، امکانات تمرینی مناسب، توسعه مربیان، مشارکت عمومی، دیدگاه یکپارچه و توسعه تحقیقات علمی در کسب موفقیت­های بین‌المللی نقش معنی‌داری داشتند.
نتایج: بر اساس یافته­ها، توجه به نتایج ضعیف بین‌المللی و تقابل اهداف بدمینتون نخبه و همگانی، توجه به نقش دولت در ساخت اماکن تخصصی بدمینتون، ایجاد نظام اطلاعاتی در فرآیند مدیریت استعداد به‌وسیلۀ مراکز پژوهشی و به‌کارگیری مربیان بین‌المللی باید در سیاست‌گذاری آیندۀ فدراسیون بدمینتون استفاده شوند.

چکیده [English]

Objective: The aim of this study was investigating the role of factors affecting elite Badminton policy in Iran. 
Methodology: This study was descriptive-correlative. population of study were Badminton Family (Federation members, board of Badminton in provinces, cities and coache) in which appropriate samples were collected. After exploring the validity and reliability of data distribution, exploratory factor analysis and path analysis were used. In this study for investigating the role of factors affecting elite Badminton policy in Iran were used SEM in AMOS.
Results: Based on the finding, Financial support, Integrated approach to policy development, participation in Badminton, development system of Talent identification integrated athletic and post-Career Support, training facilities, Coaching provision and development, (Inter)national competition and Scientific research have a significant role in achieving international success.
Conclusion: for Designing Future policy in Badminton Federation The following factors should be considered: Paying attention to weak international results, Conflict of elite and badminton for all goals, Attention to the role of the government in building specialized  badminton sites, utilization of databases in the process of talent-spotting management by research centers and Using international coaches.
