چکیده
هدف: بلوغ مدیریت دانش یک فعالیت مدیریتی ضروری برای کسبوکارها در نظر گرفته شده است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی مقدماتی ساختار عاملی و هنجاریابی پرسشنامه بلوغ مدیریت دانش مبتنی بر استراتژیهای کسب و کار صورت گرفته است.
روششناسی: این مطالعه، یک پژوهش میدانی است؛ بر اساس هدف، کاربردی و از نوع تحقیق و توسعه میباشد و به روش غیرآزمایشی انجام گرفته است. بهمنظور بررسی مقدماتی ساختار عاملی و هنجاریابی پرسشنامه، از بین کلیه نخبگان مدیریت ورزشی و متخصصین ادارات کل ورزش و جوانان کشور به روش نمونهگیری خوشهای چندمرحلهای، 282 نفر به پرسشنامه بلوغ مدیریت دانش مبتنی بر استراتژیهای کسبوکار جامیپور و همکاران (1393) پاسخ دادند. دادهها به روش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS و AMOS تحلیل شدند.
یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل عاملی مرتبهی اول و مرتبهی دوم نشان داد که تمام بارهای عاملی بزرگتر از مقدار 4/0 بوده و در سطح احتمال 95 درصد معنیدار هستند. بنابراین روایی سازه شاخصهای مقولهی راهبردی، انسانی - سازمانی و فنی - محتوایی برقرار است و هیچ گویهای حذف نمیشود.
نتیجهگیری: پرسشنامهی بلوغ مدیریت دانش همراستا با استراتژیهای کسب و کار، واجد ویژگیهای مورد نیاز برای کاربرد پژوهشهای دانش در کسب و کار است.
