چکیده

هدف: هدف از این پژوهش، به منظور ارزیابی عملکرد هیئت‌های ورزشی استان اصفهان است. به کمک این مدل علاوه بر شناسایی هیئت‌های کارا و ناکارا، می‌توان راهبردهای مناسب را برای بهبود عملکرد شعب ناکارا و تقویت هر چه بیشتر هیئت‌های کارا تدوین کرد.
روش‌شناسی: به منظور رسیدن به چارچوب و مدل پژوهش از روش ترکیبی و روش میدانی استفاده شده است. در این پژوهش به کمک مدل کارت امتیازی متوازن، شاخص‌های ارزیابی استخراج شدند و سپس با استفاده از فرآیند تحلیل شبکه‌ای فازی، اهمیت نسبی هر شاخص بدست آمد و با استفاده از تکنیک تحلیل پوششی داده‌های فازی به ارزیابی هیئت‌ها پرداخته شد.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که روش ترکیبی استفاده شده، نتایج مشابه با روش ترکیبی کارت امتیازی متوازن و تحلیل پوششی داده‌های فازی دارد. به عبارت دیگر، تحلیل شبکه ای فازی توانسته است ضمن تقویت روش ترکیبی گذشته، اطمینان بیشتری به نتایج ببخشد. ضمن اینکه بر مبنای نتایج؛ هیئت‌های تکواندو، شطرنج و دومیدانی، دارای رتبۀ تقریباً برابر در فرآیند ارزیابی عملکرد هیئت‌ها هستند.
نتیجه‌گیری: به منظور ارزیابی عملکرد هیئت‌های ورزشی استان اصفهان بهتر است، از روش‌های ترکیبی استفاده شود. با توجه به این‌که در این پژوهش مشخص شده است، داده‌های ارزیابی با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های مناسب استخراج شده‌اند و چون نتایج نسبی به دست آمده است، باید داده‌ها شکل فازی به خود بگیرند و اثر قضاوت‌های ناقص ناشی از روش‌های کمی تنها یا روش‌های کیفی تنها را با ترکیب روش‌ها از بین برد.

چکیده [English]

Objective: The purpose of this research is evaluating the performance of sports Selected Boardsin Isfahan province. With the help of this model, in addition to identifying efficient and inefficient boards, appropriate strategies can be developed to improve the efficiency of inefficient branches and to strengthen more effective ones.
Methodology: In order to achieve the framework and model of research, combination method and field method have been used. By using the balanced scorecard model, the evaluation indices were extracted and then, using the fuzzy network analysis process, the relative importance of each index was obtained and using the fuzzy data envelopment analysis technique, the evaluations of the departments were addressed.
Results: The findings suggest that the combined method used has similar results to the balanced scorecard combination and fuzzy data coverage analysis. In other words, fuzzy network analysis has been able to enhance the reliability of the results while reinforcing the past combined approach. In addition, based on the results of the Taekwondo boards, chess and dance ranking is roughly equal in the evaluation process of delegations.
Conclusion: In order to evaluate the performance of sport boards in Isfahan province, it is better to use hybrid methods. The research has been identified. Evaluation data has been extracted using appropriate questionnaires, and since partial results are obtained, data must be fuzzy and take into account the effects of incomplete judgments due to quantitative methods alone or only qualitative methods by combining methods Destroyed.
