چکیده
هدف: سالن ۱۲ هزار نفری آزادی محل اصلی برگزاری مسابقات لیگ جهانی والیبال به شمار میرود و توجه به مسائل ایمنی و امنیتی این سالن حائز اهمیت میباشد. هدف کلی پژوهش مدیریت ایمنی در سالن داوزده هزار نفری آزادی با رویکرد تجزیه و تحلیل حالات شکست بود.
روش شناسی: پژوهش از نوع توصیفی-پیمایشی و جزء مطالعات آمیخته (کیفی-کمی) محسوب شده و از نظر هدف کاربردی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل صاحبنظران و کارشناسان مدیریت ریسک و مدیران اجرایی مسابقات لیگ جهانی والیبال بود، که ۲۲ نفر مشارکتکننده در بخش کیفی و کمی به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. جهت جمعآوری دادهها و شناسایی و اولویتبندی عوامل ریسک بعد از مطالعه مبانی نظری و انجام مصاحبههای نیمه ساختاریافته، پرسشنامه محقق ساختهای با ۲۴ گویه جهت شناسایی و دستهبندی ریسکها آماده گردید که روایی محتوایی و صوری آن مورد تایید کارشناسان قرار گرفت. جهت وزندهی فاکتورهای احتمال وقوع، شدت تاثیر و احتمال کشف که سه مولفه اصلی مدل (FMEA) میباشد از تکنیک تحلیل سلسله مراتبی (AHP) استفاده شد. پرسشنامه تحلیل سلسله مراتبی با نرخ ناسازگاری ۰۰۸۶۴/۰ مورد تایید صاحبنظران قرار گرفت.
یافتهها: بررسی تحلیل سلسله مراتبی نشان داد که شاخص شدت تاثیر با وزن ۶۳۶/۰ مهمترین مولفه در بین سه فاکتور مدل مذکور بود و در نهایت هر کدام از شکستها بر اساس مقدار نمرهای که کسب کردند از بالاترین تا پایینترین اولویتبندی شدند و به طور اختصاصی به ۵ شکستی که بالاترین نمره را داشتند پرداخته شد.
نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج تحقیق مهمترین ریسک شناسایی شده «ورود جمعیت بیش از ظرفیت سالن» میباشد. به همین منظور به فدراسیون والیبال پیشنهاد میشود بر اساس راهکارهای صاحبنظران که شامل؛ (فروش بلیط بر اساس ظرفیت سالن/ ممانعت از ورود افراد بدون بلیط/ نظارت بر کار بلیط فروشان/ استفاده از نیروهای پلیس آموزش دیده در جلوگیری از ورود جمعیت بیش از ظرفیت ممکن) میباشد، جهت کنترل مهمترین ریسک شناسایی اقدام کند.
