چکیده
هدف: هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی رایطه بین شخصیت برند با وفاداری طرفداران تیمهای استقلال و پرسپولیس در استان مازندران است.
روششناسی: روش انجام تحقیق حاضراز نوع توصیفی و همبستگی و جامعه آماری آن طرفداران دو تیم استقلال و پرسپولیس در استان مازندران است که تعداد نمونه 385 نفر به صورت خوشهای تصادفی در سه منطقه محلی غرب، مرکز و شرق استان انتخاب شدند. از پرسشنامه محققساخته شخصیت برند برگرفته از پرسشنامه استاندارد خدادادی (1393) و پرسشنامه وفاداری مشتریان آلن (1990) استفاده شده است. جهت برآورد روایی محتوا پرسشنامه از نظرات 10 نفر از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی و متخصصان مربوطه استفاده شده است و پایایی آن نیز با استفاده از آزمون آلفای کرونباخ (شخصیت برند 83/0 و وفاداری مشتریان 72/0) به دست آمد. از آمار توصیفی برای توصیف متغیرهای جامعه تحقیق و برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمون کلموگروف اسمیرنوف و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون استفاده شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که بین شخصیت برند با وفاداری طرفداران رابطه معنی دار و مستقیمی وجود دارد (001/0p = ) و هر دو بعد شخصیت برند (شایستگی و هیجان) تأثیر مثبت و معنیداری بر وفاداری به برند دارند (001/0p = ). همچنین تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که هم در بعد رفتاری وفاداری و هم در بعد نگرشی وفاداری، بعد هیجان در رتبه اول از نظر پیش بینی شخصیت برند نسبت به وفاداری برند قرار دارد (001/0p = ؛ 390/0 ، 179/0 = ضریب بتا). بعد شایستگی شخصیت در بعد رفتاری وفاداری معنیدار بوده (003/0 p =) اما در بعد نگرشی وفاداری معنیدار نبوده است (176/0 p =).
نتیجهگیری: بهطور کلی لازم و ضروری است تا مدیریت دو باشگاه استقلال و پرسپولیس در جهت تقویت بعد هیجان برند در تیم و باشگاه خود گام بردارند
