چکیده

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی وضعیت اشتغال، نگرش و مهارت­های شغلی دانش­آموختگان سال های 1386-1382 رشته تربیت بدنی دانشگاه گیلان است.
روش ­شناسی: نمونه آماری برابر با جامعه آماری ( ۳۴۰ نفر) بودند ، اما تعداد 271 نفر به پرسشنامه­های ویژگی­های فردی، نگرش شغلی جاکو (Jacko, 2004) و میزان تناسب محتوای دروس با نیازهای بازار کار پاسخ دادند. روایی این ابزارها توسط 11 نفر از اساتید تربیت­بدنی تایید و پایایی آن با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسشنامه نگرش شغلی و تناسب محتوای دروس به ترتیب 90/0 r= و 89/0 r= برآورد شد.
یافته­‌ها: نتایج آزمون خی دو نشان داد که زنان نسبت به مردان (λ2= 25; P= .001) و دانش­آموختگان کارشناسی­ارشد به طور معنی­داری بیشتر از سایر دانش­آموختگان (λ2= 26.83; P= .001) در مشاغل مرتبط با رشته تربیت­بدنی مشغول به کار شده­اند. بر اساس نتایج آزمون یومن ویتنی، نگرش دانش­آموختگان شاغل مرتبط با رشته تربیت­بدنی (دانش­آموختگان سال 1384) به ابعاد اهمیت وظیفه (P= .009)، تنوع مهارت (P= .001)، تخصص (P= .03)، حل مسئله (P= .001) و کل نگرش شغلی (P= .001) مثبت بود؛ و دانش­آموختگان شاغل غیر مرتبط با رشته فقط در ابعاد هویت وظیفه (P= .001) و استقلال (P= .004) نگرش مثبت­تری داشتند. علاوه بر این، دانش­آموختگانی که شغل مرتبط با رشته تربیت­بدنی داشتند در کار داوطلبانه (λ2= 14.28; P= .001)  و کارت مربیگری (λ2= 14.54; P= .001) از سایر دانش­آموختگان مهارت بیشتری کسب کرده بودند.
نتیجه­‌گیری: به نظر می­رسد که ظرفیت اشتغال دانش­آموختگان  تربیت­بدنی دانشگاه گیلان  بالاست؛ و آن ها توانسته­اند مهارت­های شغلی مناسبی را در خلال تحصیل کسب و نگرش مثبتی نسبت به حرفه خود بعد از اشتغال پیدا کنند

چکیده [English]

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate job attitudes and skills of physical education and sport sciences graduates at University of Guilan in period 2004-2008.
Methodology: equal to the statistical population, the number of 271 physical education graduates answered to demographic characteristics, Attitudes towards Job (Jacko, 2004) and Amount of content appropriateness of courses with needs of the market and employment questionnaires. Validity of these tools were confirm by 11 university professors, and its reliability was calculated by Cronbach’s alpha coefficient for job attitude (α=0.90) and appropriateness of course content (α =0.89).
Results: Analysis of λ2 showed women (λ2= 25; P= .001) and masters’ graduates (λ2= 26.83; P= .001) more involved in the jobs associated to physical education course than others. Based on Kroskal Wallis results, graduates attitudes of jobs associated to physical education course (graduates of 2006) to dimensions of feedback, problem solving and entire attitudes were positive, while graduates attitudes of jobs no associated to physical education were positive only on task identify and authority (P≤ .05). Additionally, graduates who had jobs associated to physical education course achieved more skills of volunteer work (λ2= 14.28; P= .001) and coach card (λ2= 14.54; P= .001) than another graduates. 
Conclusion: It seems that occupation capacity of physical education and sport sciences graduates of University of Guilan is high and they can achieve adequate job skill during the study time and find professional positive attitudes after the occupation.
