بازشناسی حوزه‌های امنیت در مسابقات لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران

چکیده

هدف: هدف از انجام این تحقیق بازشناسی متغیرها و حوزه­های امنیت مسابقات لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران بود.
روش‌شناسی: ابزار تحقیق پرسشنامه­ای محقق ساخته با 45 گویه بود که توسط 7 نفر از خبرگان، روایی محتوایی آن تأیید و ضریب ­پایایی آن براساس آلفای کرونباخ معادل 870/0 تعیین شد. نمونه‌ها شامل 300 نفر از مسئولین سازمان لیگ برتر فوتبال، مسئولین و برخی کارشناسان فدراسیون فوتبال و هیئت­های فوتبال، اعضای هیئت علمی­ دانشگاه­ها، مسئولین ورزشگاه­های محل برگزاری مسابقات لیگ برتری و باشگاه­های لیگ برتر کشور بودند. عوامل تبیین­کنندۀ امنیت در رویدادهای ورزشی شناسایی و بارهای عاملی متغیرهای تبیین کنندۀ هر یک، محاسبه شدند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها و برازش مدل مسیری به ترکیب از نرم­افزار SPSS نسخه 22 و LISREL نسخه 8/8 استفاده استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: در مدل اکتشافی امنیت، شاخص­های امنیتی، امکانات و خدمات امنیتی، کیفیت استانداردها، مستندسازی امنیت، حفاظت فیزیکی، میدیریت کیفیت امنیت، مدیریت سخت­افزار و نرم­افزار اماکن، مدیریت و برنامه­ریزی، شواهد فیزیکی، اقدامات پیشگیرانه، آموزش، تعامل و ارتباطات شناسایی شدند.
نتیجه‌گیری: مناسب است مسئولان برگزاری رویدادهای ورزشی در جهت برگزاری هر چه امن­تر مسابقات ورزشی به اقدامات پیشگیرانه، در کنار توجه به عامل­های آشکار شدۀ فوق و بارهای عاملی متغیرهای هریک، به آموزش و نیز مدیریت و برنامه­ریزی، توجه ویژه­ای داشته باشند.

چکیده [English]

Objective: The aim of this research was recognition of varieties and security spheres in Iranian Football Premier League.
Methodology: Research tool was a self-designed questionnaire by the researcher with 45 items. 7 experts approved the questionnaire’s conceptual validity while its accuracy was based on Cronbach alpha equal to 0.870 (P<0/01). The case study includes 300 people comprising football league authorities, experts in football federations and organizations, faculty members, stadium officials and Premier League clubs. Security factors in sport events were determined and factor loadings of the explanatory varieties of each factor were calculated too. Moreover, SPSS software version 22 along with LISREL version 8.8 was used for data analysis as well as model fitting.
Results: In this exploratory security model, pertinent indicators encompassing security factors, facilities and security services, standard quality, security documentation, physical protection, management the secure quality, hardware and software place management, planning and management, physical testimonies, preventive measures, education, Interaction and Communications were determined.
Conclusion: Finally, it is advisable for those who are in charge of holding sport events, in order to hold safer sport competitions, to pay particular attention to education, management, and planning when considering preventive measures, revealed factors mentioned above and factor loadings of the explanatory varieties of each factor.
