چکیده

هدف: این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی چالش‌های آموزش مجازی در دروس عملی مقطع کارشناسی رشته تربیت‌بدنی و علوم ورزشی انجام شده است.
روش‌شناسی: پژوهش حاضر به صورت یک مطالعه کیفی اکتشافی با استفاده از روش تحلیل تماتیک انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل اساتید حوزه علوم ورزشی و تربیت‌بدنی بودند که تجربه آموزش مجازی دروس عملی را داشتند. با توجه به ماهیت پژوهش، 12 نفر از اساتید به صورت هدفمند و تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها، مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته بود و برای بررسی پایایی و روایی از معیارهای گوبا و لینکن (1981) استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها بر اساس روش شش مرحله‌ای براون و کلارک (2006) صورت گرفت.
یافته‌ها: با تحلیل تماتیک داده‌ها، 134 کد، 9 تم فرعی و 4 تم اصلی شناسایی شد که تم‌های اصلی پژوهش مشتمل بر عدم توسعه و به‌روزرسانی، عدم تغییرپذیری و سازگاری، کیفیت محتوا و عدم حمایت و پشتیبانی بودند.
نتیجه‌گیری: آموزش مجازی برای کارآمدی و اثربخشی بیشتر نیازمند ایجاد تغییرات قابلتوجه در ساختار و محتوای آموزشی در حوزه تربیتبدنی و علوم ورزشی می‌باشد. توجه به این تغییرات می‌تواند به بهبود آموزش مهارت‌های ورزشی در بستر آموزش مجازی کمک نماید.

چکیده [English]

Objective: This study aimed to identify the challenges of virtual learning in practical courses at the undergraduate level in the field of physical education and sport sciences.
Methodology: This research was conducted as an exploratory qualitative study using thematic analysis. The research population of the study included professors in the field of sports science and physical education who had experience in virtual teaching of practical courses. Considering the nature of the research, 12 of these professors were purposefully interviewed until theoretical saturation was reached. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview, and Guba and Lincoln's (1981) criteria were used to assess reliability and validity. Data analysis was performed based on Braun and Clarke's (2006) six-stage method.
Results: Thematic analysis of the data resulted in the identification of 134 codes, 9 sub-themes, and 4 main themes. The main themes of the study were: lack of development and updating, inflexibility and incompatibility, content quality, and lack of support.
Conclusion: Virtual education requires significant changes in the structure and educational content of sports science to be more efficient and effective. Paying attention to these changes can help improve the teaching of sports skills in the context of virtual education.
