چکیده
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی پیشایندها و پیامدهای مهاجرت ورزشکاران نخبه ایران بود.
روش‌شناسی: این پژوهش از نظر ماهیت دادهها، از نوع کیفی، از نظر استراتژی، از نوع تحلیل محتوای عرفی، و از نظر هدف، کاربردی بود. مشارکت‌کنندگان پژوهش را 18 ورزشکار مهاجر نخبه تشکیل می‌دادند که به صورت هدفمند (از نوع موردی شهرتی) انتخاب شدند. دادهها با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه‌‌ساختاریافته جمع‌‌آوری و در سه مرحله کدگذاری اولیه، تجمیع کدها و شناسایی مقوله‌‌ها، و غربال‌گری و پالایش مقوله‌‌ها تحلیل شد.
یافته‌ها: بر اساس تحلیل‌‌ها، پیشایندهای مهاجرت ورزشکاران نخبه در سه مقوله اصلی و 14 مقوله فرعی شامل ضعف‌های اجتماعی (رفتار بین‌المللی حکومت، تمامیت‌خواهی حاکمیت، نزول ارزش‌ها و تبعیض اجتماعی)، ضعف‌های حرفه‌ای (امنیت مالی و شغلی، تجهیزات و امکانات اردویی، تأمین مربی، مدیریت ناکارا، کنترل‌گری فدراسیون‌ها، تبعیض بین رشته‌ها و عدم حمایت از قهرمانان) و انگیزه توسعه و پیشرفت فردی (پیشرفت حرفه‌ای، آرامش و ارضای درونی، و دسترسی به امکانات و رفاه) شناسایی شدند. پیامدهای مهاجرت ورزشکاران نخبه نیز در دو مقولۀ اصلی و پنج مقوله فرعی شامل از دست رفتن سرمایه‌‌ها (کاهش سرمایه انسانی، کاهش سرمایه اجتماعی و هزینه‌های مازاد) و ایجاد تصویر منفی (افت عملکرد ورزشی و تخریب وجهه بین‌المللی) شناسایی شدند.
نتیجه‌گیری: عوامل مهاجرت ورزشکاران نخبه ایران تنوع بسیاری دارد که نیازمند تغییر نگرش حاکمیتی (در هر دو سطح ملی و سازمانی) و اصلاحات اساسی در حوزه‌های مختلف است تا با ایجاد شرایط اجتماعی مطلوب، رفع دغدغه های مالی ورزشکاران و تأکید بر عملکرد -به جای ظاهر یا اعتقادات فردی- مانع از بین رفتن سرمایه‌های ورزشی شود.

Antecedents and Consequences of the Migration of Iranian Elite Athletes

چکیده [English]
Objective: The aim of this study was to identify the antecedents and consequences of the migration of elite athletes in Iran.
Methodology: This research was qualitative in terms of the nature of the data and it was conventional content analysis in terms of strategy, and it was applied research in terms of purpose. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews and analyzed in three stages: initial coding, code aggregation and identification of categories, and screening and refinement of categories.
Results: According to the analysis, the immigration antecedents of elite athletes in three main categories and 14 sub-categories include social weaknesses (international behavior of government, totalitarianism of sovereignty, descent of values, and social discrimination), professional weaknesses (financial and occupational security, equipment and facilities of camping, coach provision, inefficient management, control of federations, discrimination between disciplines and non-protection of heroes) and motivation for individual development and progress (professional progress, inner peace and gratification, and access to facilities and well-being) were identified. The consequences of migration of elite athletes were also identified in two main categories and five sub-categories including loss of capital (reduction of human capital, reduction of social capital, and surplus costs) and negative image (loss of sports performance and destruction of international reputation).
Conclusion: There are many reasons for the migration of Iran's elite athletes, which requires a change in the governance attitude and fundamental reforms in various fields in order to solve the financial problems of athletes with favorable social conditions and emphasize performance to prevent loss of sports funds.
