چکیده

هدف: هدف این پژوهش، طراحی نقشه و جاری سازی استراتژی های توسعه مربیان فوتبال کشور با رویکرد BSC بود.
روش شناسی: روش پژوهش، توصیفی و به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی است. جمع آوری اطلاعات، به صورت میدانی و به شیوه آمیخته (کمی و کیفی) انجام شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق در بخش کمی، 55 نفر از مسئولان و کارشناسان واحد آموزش فدراسیون فوتبال و هیات ها و در بخش کیفی، 12 نفر از خبرگان آموزش مربیان فوتبال بودند. به دلیل محدودیت اعضا، جامعه آماری با نمونه برابر شد. پیش از این پژوهش، تعداد 9 استراتژی جهت توسعه مربیان فوتبال کشور، طراحی شده بود، استراتژی ها در فرم تعیین مناظر BSC درج گردید و به صورت پرسشنامه دراختیار نمونه کمی تحقیق قرار گرفت. بر اساس نظر اکثریت، مناظر تعیین شد در بخش کیفی از روش استقراء منطقی و شورای راهبری استفاده شد.
یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که نظام توسعه مربیان فوتبال کشور، دارای چهار منظر رشد و یادگیری، فرایندهای داخلی، بهره وری و حرفه ای سازی ، 21 هدف استراتژیک، 36 سنجه و 54 اقدام و ابتکار می باشد.
نتیجه گیری: این نقشه، تسهیل گر اجرای استراتژی ها برای دستیابی به توسعه مربیگری فوتبال است و قابلیت تحقق اهداف بلند مدت توسعه مربیان را دارد.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to map and implement strategies of development of football coaches with BSC approach.
Methodology: The research method is descriptive and purposefully applied. Data collection was done by field and mixed methods (quantitative and qualitative). The statistical population of the study included 55 officials and experts in the quantitative section of the Football Federation's training and staff, and 12 in the qualitative section of the football coaches' managers and experts. Due to limitations, the statistical population was equal to the sample. Prior to this study, nine strategies were designed to develop the country's soccer coaches, the strategies were included in the BSC Landscape Design Form, and a small sample of research was provided. According to the majority, the landscapes were determined by the rational induction method and the Governing Council in the qualitative part.
Results: The results showed that the development system of football coaches of the country has four aspects of growth and learning, internal processes, productivity, professionalization, 21 strategic goals, 36 measures and 54 actions and initiatives.
Conclusion: This map facilitates the implementation of strategies for achieving the development of football coaching and is capable of achieving the long-term goals of coaching development.
