چکیده

هدف:  هدف بررسی پارتی­‌بازی در سازمان­‌های ورزشی بر اساس نظریه داده بنیاد بود.
روش‌شناسی: تحقیق کیفی و از نوع اکتشافی است.جامعه­‌آماری اساتید دانشگاه، روساء و نایب روساء، کارشناسان، ورزشکاران، پیش­کسوتان، خبرگان ورزشی و  مربیان چهار فدراسیون کشتی، کاراته، کبدی و قایقرانی بود. حجم نمونه 21 نفر بود. ابزار اندازه­‌گیری مطالعات کتابخانه­‌ای و مصاحبه عمیق نیمه­‌ساختار یافته بود. تحلیل­ داده­‌ها با نرم افزارهای 19spss و مکس کیودا 18 انجام شد.
یافته‌ها: پارتی­‌بازی در سازمان‎ های ورزشی کشور شامل 117 کد باز است که در شش مقوله اصلی شامل عوامل، علّی (شبکه سازی، عوامل فردی، عوامل سازمانی و ارتقای وجهه اجتماعی)،  محوری (عدم توجه به منافع جمعی، تعلقات کارکنان و منفعت طلبی کارکنان)، زمینه­‌ای (عوامل فرهنگی و اجتماعی، ضعف­‌های ساختاری، ضعف­‌های نظارتی و ضعف در قوانین و مقررات)، مداخله­‌گر (عوامل سیاسی و مدنی، فشارهای داخلی و خارجی و انتظارات خویشاوندان و دوستان)، استراتژی­‌ها (اصصلاحات سازمانی، اصلاح فرهنگ سازمانی، راهبردهای نظارتی و شفاف سازی به عنوان استراتژی برای کنترل، اداره و پاسخ به پدیده) و پیامدها (رشد عملکرد سازمانی، بهبود اوضاع اقتصادی و اتخاذ تصمیمات مناسب در سازمان) جای می­‌گیرد.
نتیجه‌گیری: عوامل علّی نقش بسزایی در بروز پارتی­‌بازی دارند و  باید تحت کنترل و نظارت سازمان­‌های ورزشی قرار گیرند. عوامل مداخله­‌گر و زمینه­‌ای باید مورد توجه مدیران قرار گیرند. با استفاده از راهبردهای مناسب و شفاف سازی در رویه‌های اداری زمینه رشد سازمان­‌های ورزشی فراهم می­‌گردد. باید با ایجاد و آموزش فرهنگ­‌سازی مبتنی بر شایسته سالاری از اقدام به پارتی­‌بازی در سازمان‎های ورزشی جلوگیری به عمل آید و ترجیح منافع سازمانی به منافع فردی در بین کارکنان سازمان ‎های ورزشی در اولویت قرار گیرد.

چکیده [English]

Objective:The purpose was Nepotism in sports organizations based on grounded theory.
Methodology:The study is qualitative and its design is exploratory.The statistical population consisted of university professors, chiefs and vice-presidents, experts, athletes, foremen, sports experts and coaches of four federations of wrestling,karate, kabadi and boating.The sample size was 21 individuals who continued to meet the interview saturation.The tools of the study were library studies and semi-structured in-depth interviews with experts. All analyzes were performed using SPSS 19 and Maxqda version 18 software.
Results:the Favoritism  in the sporting organizations of the country consists of 117 open codes, which are divided into six main categories: causal,causative conditions (networking, individual factors, organizational factors and promotion of social image),pivotal (disregarding collective interests), Employee attachment and employee interest),Subjective (cultural and social factors, structural weaknesses, regulatory and regulatory weaknesses), interventionist (political and civil factors, internal and external pressures, and expectations of relatives and friends),Strategies (organizational reform, organizational culture reform, oversight and transparency strategies as strategies for controlling, managing and responding)and Consequences (growth of organizational performance, improve the economic situation and make appropriate decisions in the organization)takes place.
Conclusion:Causal factors play an important role in the occurrence of partisanship and should be controlled and supervised by sports organizations. Interventional and contextual factors should be considered by managers.Using appropriate strategies and transparency in administrative procedures provides the basis for the growth of sports organizations.In sports organizations, prevention should be done and the preference of organizational interests over individual interests should be given priority among the employees of sports organizations.
