چکیده
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی مدل فضیلت سازمانی در سازمانهای ورزشی بود.
روش شناسی: روش تحقیق پژوهش حاضر کیفی و با ماهیت اکتشافی بنیادی بود. از طریق روش نمونهگیری گلوله برفی و بر اساس مصاحبههای عمیق و نیمهساختاریافته با 17 نفر از خبرگان دانشگاهی و افراد صاحب نظر، دادههای تحقیق جمعآوری شد و بر اساس نظریه داده بنیاد و با رویکرد کلاسیک دادهها کدگذاری و تجزیهوتحلیل شدند و درنهایت مدل زمینهای بر اساس رویکرد کلاسیک گلیزر (1992) طراحی شد. روش ﺟﻤﻊآوری اﻃﻼﻋﺎت، ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ پژوهشهای پیشین و ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﻋﻤﻴﻖ و ﺑﺎز بود. در جهت سنجش اعتبار، انتقال و تأییدپذیری، یافتههای ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ را ﺑﺮای مشارکتکنندگان اراﺋﻪ و ﻣﺘﻦ ﻧﻈﺮﻳﻪ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ آنها ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ و ﻧﻘﻄﻪ ﻧﻈﺮات آنها اﻋﻤﺎل ﺷﺪ. روش مورداستفاده برای قابلیت اعتماد، روش توافق درون موضوعی که میانگین میزان توافق درون موضوعی 82/0 گزارش شد.
یافته ها: نتایج نشانداد، با طبقهبندی 42 مفهوم بهدستآمده، 13 مقوله فرعی شکل گرفت که در مرحله کدگذاری نظری در 4 مقوله اصلی عوامل سازمانی، عوامل فردی، عوامل اجتماعی و عوامل شغلی طبقهبندی گردید.
نتیجه گیری: درنهایت، مشخص شد که میتوان با الگوسازی این مدل نسبت به تعیین شاخصهای ارتقا فضیلت سازمانی در سازمانهای ورزشی اقدام کرد.
