چکیده
هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی شاخصهای ارزیابی مربیان حرفهای والیبال ایران با استفاده از فرایند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی (AHP) بود.
روششناسی: این پژوهش با توجه به هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش توصیفی- پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه مربیان زن و مرد شاغل در لیگ برتر والیبال ایران بودند و نمونه آماری برابر با جامعه آماری در نظر گرفته شد، ولی در نهایت، 56 نفر در پژوهش حاضر شرکت کردند. ابزار تحقیق، پرسشنامه محقق ساختهای بود که بر پایه مبانی نظری و پیشینه موضوع در قالب 42 سؤال 9 ارزشی لیکرتی طراحی شد. روایی این پرسشنامه با استفاده از دیدگاهها و نظرات 18 نفر خبرگان دانشگاهی و مربیان با سابقه والیبال مورد تایید قرار گرفت. همچنین پایایی آن نیز با نرخ ناسازگاری 02/0 ارزیابی و تایید شد. از تحلیل سلسله مراتبی (AHP) و نرم افزار Expert Choice11 برای تحلیل دادهها استفاده شد.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که مهم ترین ملاکهای ارزیابی مربیان حرفهای والیبال ایران به ترتیب مهارتهای تاکتیکی (191/0)، روابط حرفهای (185/0)، مهارتهای اجتماعی- ارتباطی (163/0)، مهارتهای روانشناختی (145/0)، مهارتهای فنی (119/0)، مدیریت تیم (102/0) و سابقه و تجربه ورزشی (096/0) میباشند.
نتیجهگیری: از میان 42 شاخص ، شاخصهای توانایی توجه به تیم و انتقال پیام مربی به بازیکنان ، مشاوره با دستیاران و کمک مربیان تیم به ترتیب دارای بیشترین وزن و شاخصهای وضعیت ظاهری مناسب و ثبات رأی در تصمیمگیری به ترتیب دارای کمترین وزن از دیدگاه مربیان حرفهای والیبال ایران بودند.

چکیده [English]
Abstract
Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the evaluation indicators of professional volleyball coaches in Iran using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP).
Methodology: The statistical population of the study included all the female and males head coaches and coaches employed in volleyball premier league of Iran. The sample contained number to statistical population and finally 56 individuals participated in the study .The validity of the questionnaire the views and an opinion of academic experts and coaches experts of volleyball was approved. Reliability as well as inconsistency rate of 0.02 was evaluated and confirmed. For data analysis, Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and Expert Choice11 software was used
Results: The results showed that the main performance evaluation’s indicators of volleyball coaches in Iran premier league to the tactical skills (0.191), professional relationship (0.185), social-relationship skill (0.163), psychological skill (0.145), technical skills (0.119), team management (0.102) and experience and athletic background (0.096) requirements.
Conclusion: Among the 42 indicators introduced, the indicators of the ability to pay attention to the team and convey their meaning to the players and consulting with assistants and assistant coaches have the highest weight, respectively, and the indicators of appropriate appearance and voting stability in decision making, respectively. The lowest weight from the point of view of professional volleyball coaches was Iran.
