چکیده
هدف: هدف از پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی و تحلیل مؤلفههای کیفیت خدمات در اماکن ورزشی با استفاده از تکنیک دیمتل است.
روششناسی: روش پژوهش از نوع توصیفی-پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل اساتید مدیریت ورزشی، رئیس و نایبرئیسان هیئتهای ورزشی و ورزشکاران تیم ملی شهر مشهد بود که از بین آنها 12 نفر به صورت گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. جهت گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه محققساخته استفاده شد که با تکنیک دیمتل تجزیه و تحلیل گردید.
یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد مؤلفه برنامههای تمرینی با اهمیتترین مؤلفه است و بیشترین تأثیرگذاری را بر روی سایر مؤلفهها دارد. همچنین مؤلفه وجهه باشگاه بیشترین تأثیرپذیری را از سایر مؤلفههای پژوهش دارد.
نتیجهگیری: مدیران اماکن ورزشی باید عوامل اثرگذار را در مرکز توجه و در اولویت قرار دهند تا با کسب مزیت رقابتی نسبت به دیگر رقبا به رضایتمندی و سودآوری بیشتر دستیابند.
