Objective: The purpose of this research was to formulate causal relationships between strategies in four perspective and strategic map for the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Deaf Sports Federation using DEMATEL paired comparisons method and Balanced Scorecard.Methodology: The research was applied in a descriptive-survey approach. The study used an applied and descriptive-survey. The statistical population was composed of 90 people including specialists, members of the General Assembly of the Federation, 73 people were selected according to the Morgan table. The tool was a researcher-made questionnaire designed to determine the scenery whose validity was confirmed by 5 professors and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha and Coefficient 82 /. The case was flooded. The hypothesis test was performed using Chi-square and SPSS22 tests, and in the drawing of a strategic plan, the Dimetal technique and the main model of the strategic map designed by Kaplan and Norton in non-profit organizations were used.Findings:In this research, the perspective, strategy map, the direct and indirect causal and causal relationships of strategies, the intensity of each strategy's influence on the achievement of federation programs in the horizon, and its priority and late It identifies it in achieving the goal.Results: Designed map, Facilitates the path to achieving the mission and strategies specified for the Deaf Sports Federation from the direction of streaming and implementing strategies.

Objective: The literature of strategic management is clearly advocating and supporting the effectiveness of strategic plans. Because the effectiveness of the strategic planning of an organization is associated with the level of implementing the targets with task results. The purpose of this study was to examine the influenceof Managers’ authority and strategic control level on the effectiveness of the strategic plans through political behaviors in ministry of sport and youth.Methodology: The present research is in terms of purpose an applicable research and in terms of strategic and quantitative as a correlation path, it is a field in terms of data collection and in terms of prospective time. The statistical society of the research was all employees of Ministry of Sport and Youth. The sample volume was estimated 370 people and the sampling method was simple stochastic. Questionnaire was used in order to collect the data and in order to analyze the findings, structural equation modeling was applied. Results: Analysis of the findings showed that in one case independent variables influence the strategic plans and in other cases, these factors reduce political behavior. It was also found that political behavior had a negative impact on the effectiveness of strategic plans.Conclusion: Based on the findings of this research, the effectiveness of strategic plans is influenced by political behaviors, the discretion of managers, and the level of strategic control.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting the incidence of collusion in Iranian football.Methodology: The present study is descriptive-correlational in terms of its purpose. The statistical population of the study consisted of all managers and experts, coaches, referees and athletes of the Premier League, who were selected through purposive sampling (172 persons). The validity of the researcher-made questionnaire was confirmed by experts (n = 11). Its reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha test (0.938) and combined reliability. Structural equation modeling with PLS3 and SPSS24 software was used for data analysis and model fit.Results: The results of the path analysis showed that the causes and drivers of collusion have a significant effect on the behavior of actors and agents of collusion, methods and tools of collusion and the consequences and consequences of collusion. Factors of collusion methods and tools also had a significant effect on the behavior of actors and agents of collusion and the consequences and consequences of collusion. Also the behavior of actors and actors of collusion had a significant effect on the results and consequences of collusion. Finally, the effect of all the mediating variables on the research was also significant.Conclusion: According to the results of this study, it can be said that the model presented in this study can be a good roadmap for identifying the factors influencing collusion formation in Iranian soccer sport in order to prevent these behaviors.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of attractiveness, specialty and trustworthiness of sports celebrities on the desire to buy sports goods.Methodology: The method of doing this quasi-experimental study, in pre-test and post-test, is in a volunteer sample of 60 students of physical education students of Kermanshah Azad University. For this purpose, the volunteers were promoted through a social network of telegrams for one month under the influence of simulated advertising for a fake and unrealistic sports shoes brand by a well-known athlete. The data were collected using standard questionnaire of brand-product enthusiasm, Zichekovsky (1985), and a well-known person's questionnaire in Ohanian's (1990) advertisements. Then, using SPSS 23 and t-test methods, Cohen d and multiple regressions were analyzed.Results: The results of the participation evaluation of the research variables showed that attractiveness (β = 0.303, p <.001), trust (β = 0451, p <.001) and specialty (β = 216, p <. 001) have led to meaningful participation in the dependent variable, tend to be bought.Conclusion: The experts of the sports industry of the country have special attention to the attractiveness, specialty and trust of the famous sports people and the use of mobile social networks to advertise sports goodsConclusion: Industry experts in the field of sports advertising should pay particular attention to the use of advertisements from celebrities, the dimensions of attractiveness, the expertise and trust of these individuals and mobile social networks.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to design a model of professional structure development for sports organizations based on Grounded Theory.Methodology: The research method is qualitative with systematic analysis approach. The statistical population consisted of two sections of human society (former managers of physical education organization, current managers and heads and former National Olympic Committee and Ministry of Sport and Youth) and information society. The statistical sample was selected based on theoretical saturation in a non-probability purposive and snowball technique (17 subjects and 54 documents). Validity of the instrument was evaluated using descriptive qualitative methods (content validity, kappa coefficient). Systematic approach was used for data analysis during three stages of open, axial and selective coding.Results: Finally 18 main categories (Internal & External Environment, Organizational Culture, Professional Structure, Executive Guidelines, Administrative Bureaucracy, Managers Intervention, Level of Control, Human and Financial Resources, Technology, Employee Readiness, Infrastructure, Standardization, Freelance, Quality Improvement Communication, delegating authority, productivity, improving decision making and improving sports performance) and 22 concepts were extracted.Conclusion: The concept of professional structure is very important in designing sports organizations and has many aspects. Also, using this model, one can expect the development of professional structure of sports organizations in Iran.

Objective: the purpose of this study was Identifying and Verification of the Influential Factors on Establishment of "Talent Management" of Physical Education Teachers.Methodology: The research method was descriptive - correlation. The statistical population of the study included all physical education teachers. According to the research purpose, 384 people were selected in the Exploratory Factor Analysis and 345 people in the Confirmatory Factor Analysis section were selected by Stratified random sampling as a statistical sample. The required data for identifying the components and analyzing the model were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire after obtaining the validity (face, content and structure). To calculate reliability Cronbach’s alpha was used (α = 0.90), and to analyze the data, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation were used. Data analysis was performed using SPSS-20 Software and Lisrel software.Results: The results of exploratory factor analysis showed that 23 finalized items were classified as prerequisites for talent management in physical education teachers in 5 dimensions of "employees, organizational, managerial attitude, organizational policies and rules and talent conceptualization". Finally, examined and tested of structural equation model of the study showed that, overall indices of Structural model were in good condition, so that, the Goodness of Fit Index (GFI) is 0.90, the Comparative Fit Index (CFI) is 0.99 and the Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA) was 0.07.Conclusion: The results of this research suggest that the Ministry of Education's macro-level human resources managers, while striving to establish a talent management system for physical education teachers, should provide the necessary and effective factors for deployment in order to achieve the desired outcome.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to identify the factors influencing the position of undergraduate sports science from the perspective of entrepreneurial learning.Methodology: The research method was qualitative hermeneutic phenomenology. Participants included students and professors of sports science at public universities, 23 of whom were purposefully selected. Purposeful sampling was used and sampling continued until theoretical saturation. The tools used were in-depth and open interviews. Data were analyzed using an analytical coding approach. Validity was determined through longitudinal and comprehensive negligence of the data source, and the coefficient of the agreement was obtained 83% in determining the coding reliability.Results: 49 sub-themes and 8 main themes were identified from the interviews. Key themes such as: understanding entrepreneurial areas in experimental conditions, academic structure, content, and quality of some courses, inter-institutional collaboration, teachers' knowledge, and attitude, title review and course content, course teaching transfer process, and enhance practical learning process as learning factors affecting entrepreneurial learning in colleges were identified. Conclusion: The most important issue seems to be educational programs, with only theoretical approaches and headings cannot play a role in enhancing entrepreneurial learning among students, and in this regard, a comprehensive review of the programs educational and its adaptation to the needs of society can place the field of sports sciences in the direction of development and entrepreneurial dynamism.

Objective: The purpose of the present study was to identify and level the relationship between the empowerment of export performance with a global class approach with an emphasis on the export strategy of sport products by employing an interpretive-structural modeling approach.Methodology: The present study is a cross-sectional, developmental-applied study. Based on Glyzeria's approach and deep interview with 15 people (economists, sports marketing managers, industrial management, familiar with the global class, sports products manufacturers), NVIVO10 software provides the main factors of the model in the form of 97 open source, 12 selective codes and 5 theoretical identification codes Then, using the interpretive-structural modeling process in the MATLAB2014 software environment, the level and internal relations between the extraction factors were determined and finally, by MICMAC analysis based on the conductivity and dependence.Results: The results showed that the model factors are at 5 levels and strategies (concentration, development and competitive power of Porter) are at the lower levels of the model and have the most impact on other factors and cause the emergence or exacerbation of export strategies of sports products, factors of production and Service in the world class (quality, innovation, flexibility, time reduction, price reduction) (after-sales service and after-sales service) and the world-class sports industry and empowering the export performance of sports products. Objective: The purpose of this study is to identify the causes of corruption in Iranian football.Methodology: This research is applied and its method is mixed. Sampling method was purposeful and available. The statistical population of the study consisted of Iran's managers, coaches, players, pioneers and referees. In the first stage, factor were identified by use interviews with 17 people from the statistical population. In the second phase, the identified factors in interview, reviewed by the Delphi group (20 people) and in two stage; at this stage, factors that had at least 60% positive response remained for the next step. In the final stage, the ranking of the identified factors in two stages before was done using Likert Five-Point Questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was obtained by the sports management professors and its reliability through Cronbach's alpha (α = 0.86). For ranking the factors was used of Friedman test in format of SPSS software.Results: According to the findings of this research, the most important factors of corruption in Iranian football were respectively, the lack of collective will to fight corruption, Circulation lots of money and without plans in football, Inadequate monitoring and inappropriate control, Intervention political and mismanagement in dealing with corruption.Conclusion: Therefore, according to the results of this research, it can be said that there is no determination in the Iranian football for a fundamental struggle with corruption, and this is the reason for the lack of adequate supervision.

Objective: The goal of this research was to develop commercialization model for products of Sport Sciences Research Institute of IranMethodology: It was a qualitative exploratory research using grounded theory by systematic approach. The research population included all the experts and university professors active in science and executive area of sport sciences in both Sport Sciences Research institute and other related organizations. Sampling continued until they were saturated and eventually 23 interviews were conducted. The sampling method was nonrandom purposive sampling using snowball and targeted techniques. To collect data, library studies were used as well as studying regulations and documents, books and websites and in the second phase the researcher interviewed samples using semi structured open questions. To analyze data coding method were used based on grounded theory by systematic approach.Results: From the total of 236 initial codes and 47 concepts, 24 main categories were extracted including cause conditions, central phenomenon, background and intervening conditions, and consequences. Paying attention to theoretical principals, research and study, economic and financial factors, barriers and threats, facilitators, and institutes and organizations, which influence on commercialization are main findings of the research.Conclusion: It is suggested that science research institutes enter commercialization subjects by creating commercialization teams and promotion of attitude and knowledge structures with focusing on technology oriented and relation oriented plans and internal & external strategies. As a result, they could take advantages of added value and revenues.

Objective: Improving the brand of human resource and the organizational image resulting, will shape the committed employees. The brand and reputation of human resource are among the main factors in shaping the competitive advantages. The researcher has tried to develop a human resources management model in Northwest sports facilities.Methodology: The study is an applied and descriptive research. The statistical society consists of all managers and staff of sports places(halls, sport complexes, swimming pools, stadiums and etc.) across the cities of East Azerbaijan, West Azerbaijan and Ardabil, which are 1267 people, according to the inquiry from the relevant support from the sports and youth organization of these provinces and physical education assistance of the Northwest of country. The sampling method of this research was randomized, categorical and the sample was determined 350 according to the Morgan table. In this research, a path analytic method was used to establish the model and review it. According to this analysis, a complied pattern was developed based on experimental data. All analyzes were performed using SPSS22 software. Structural equations were used for modeling.Results: According to the results of the research, the following policies and actions affect the formation of human resource branding. The proposed value of employment, brand communication, brand of staff, organization brand and products brand.Conclusion: The managers of the sport facilities have to pay attention to the human resource brand management and its components.
