Objective: The purpose of this study was to analysis factors and strategies of competitive sport development in South Khorasan Methodology: This research methodology has been of the type of qualitative research (Grounded Theory) and in terms of the result of applied research. It is also exploratory in terms of its purpose due to its qualities. To gather information, profound interviews have been used by experts and experts and using the results of this stage, we developed a strategy for the development of competitive sports in South Khorasan Province. The statistical population of the study consisted of experts, experts and experts in the field of this research including experts and sports managers familiar with the subject of research, sports science professors and managers and managers of sports organizations that are selected by snowball method.Results: The results showed that shortages and barriers, as well as manpower, as causal conditions, support categories and facilitators as the ground conditions, the category of culture and society as intervening conditions, have been considered as a consequence.Conclusion: It seems that we are encounter with the most of issues and challenges to competitive sport development in South Khorasan, that the most of them are out of control. Therefore Motivational Strategies as the Interventionist factor and also focus on developing paths to Increasing internal and external interactions, Fundraising, Focus on teaching, and applied research, is recommended as effective strategies.

Objective: The aim of the present study was to identify the causes of entrepreneurial development of the country's sports science education system.Methodology: The research method was qualitative and field-based, and the data were collected using library studies as well as in-depth and semi-structured interviews with experts. The statistical population of the study consisted of all experts in the three fields of science, administration and sports, including experts and experts in the field of entrepreneurship (including top sports entrepreneurs, professors in this field), members of the elite faculty and experts in the faculties of physical education and sports sciences. Managers of sports organizations (Ministry of Sports and Youth, Federations and the National Olympic Committee) were formed. The method of targeted sampling was used as a snowball and interviews with experts continued until theoretical saturation was achieved (19 interviews). The research findings were analyzed through the coding process in three stages: open, central and selective.Results:The findings showed that a total of 27 factors the form in the form of 4 sub-categories (component); Communication management of the scientific and executive part of the country's sports, principled and practical planning of courses and topics, university education system and attention to internship and entrepreneurship unit and in two general categories (concept) called appropriate program and structure and educational system.Conclusion: The research findings indicated that the most important reasons for the development of entrepreneurship in the country's physical education and sports science system are having a proper program and structure and using up-to-date and efficient educational system in universities, which can have a positive effect on the efficiency of physical education graduates.

Objective: The purpose of this research was designing the pattern for process analysis of Iranian Sports products.Methodology: The research in terms of applied purpose, is descriptive-correlation. Research statistical population are all managers and sport production companies experts and sport stores which statistical samples were selected as purposeful and accessible. For gathering data was used research-made questionnaire and content validity of questionnaire was confirmed by experts (n=13). Also, its reliability was estimated by Cronbach’s alpha test (0.95) and composite reliability. for analyze data and investigating model fitting has been used structural equation modeling in PLS3-SPSS24 software.Results: The results indicated that dimensions of export developing (0/51), internal consumption developing (0/33), external consumption surveying (0/67), internal distribution effectiveness (0/19) and production effectiveness (0/19) had significant effect on sustainable development of sport goods. The effect of international environment on internal environment was significant (0/89). Also, effect of internal environment on strutegical management was significant (0/65). The effect of strategical management on export development (0/67), internal consumption development (0/58), external consumption surveying (0/54), internal distribution effectiveness (0/74) and production effectiveness (0/75) were significant.Conclusion: Generally in based on the model, if can be said that the system of Iranian sports products has to tend to the structural modification of manufacturing minisystems and distribution of consumption regarding the enrirnmental ecosystem context and improving the industrial efficiency, so desired expansion outcomes are resulted.

Objective: The purpose of this paper is to analyze the sensitivity of different parameters in estimating social masculinity of Iranian sports clubs using fuzzy Neuro-Fuzzy model.Methodology: The study was mix method which 30 individuals who are social activists were selected for the semi-structured interview to identify dimensions of social responsibility. 308 managers, experts, coaches, and players of Iranian Premier League sports clubs completed a researcher-made questionnaire. Then, sensitivity of different parameters estimation of corporate social responsibility of Iranian sports clubs was calculated using fuzzy neural network.Results: Neuro-Fuzzy analyzed of the dimensions of social responsibility illustrated that the "cultural" dimension has the most importance and impact on the formation of CSR. The impact of the "social" dimensions on the "legal", "political" and "structural" dimensions is more than any other dimension.Conclusion: Sensitivity analysis of different parameters in estimating social responsibility allows club managers to become familiar with the priorities of the dimensions of social responsibility in their club and to design and develop the necessary strategies in this field.

Objective: Sport facilities which are generally non-price pricing functions, an important step towards the development of sports industry is correct economic decisions.Methodology: The present study is an applied and descriptive-analytical research and has been conducted in the field. The present study examined the sport complexes of Takhti Stadium, Mirdamad and Manzarieh in tabriz. The statistical population consisted of those who referred to the gym, based on Morgan table, 384 persons were selected by stratified random sampling. The research tool was the people's willingness to pay Bidaram et al. (2017) Contingent valuation method was used to investigate the research questions by means of SPSS version 20 and Eviews version 9 software.Results: The results showed that the average willingness to pay for sports facilities in Baghshamal, Manzarieh and Mirdamad areas were: 47/44910Tomans, 52/ 34043Tomans and 42/15,000 Tomans respectively. Also, the total value of the tendency to pay for sports activities is 95087796 Tomans, Mirdamad for 59039520 Tomans and 60696000 Tomans in one year.Conclusion: Geographical location and the presence of experienced trainers are the reasons for the increased willingness to pay.

Objective: This research aimed for investigating the facilitators for developing adventure tourism by Water Sports Approach in Khuzestan Province.Methodology: This research was the applied research and according to nature was a qualitative research that for collecting information used review the research literature and interview. For this purpose, 16 semi-structured qualitative interviews were arranged with the sports management professors and faculty members, managers of relevant sports organizations and experts in the field of sports tourism industry. Then interview data have been analyzed by using the thematic analysis method in three stages include descriptive encoding, interpretive coding and integration through inclusive content. Reliability calculated by intra-thematic agreement method and validity of research obtained by specifying the interview protocol and the main axes of interview and being free researcher to ask questions.Results: Overall 69 descriptive themes, 17 interlaced themes were produced that finally in the form of 3 comprehensive environmental, managerial, and behavioral themes explain the facilitating Factors for the development of adventure water sports tourism in Khuzestan Province.Conclusion: The facilitating factors declared in this research were three types include underlying or environmental factors, organizational or managerial, and behavioral factors that are interacting dynamically.

Morgan tables, seven university players, volleyball, 62 players , 62 wrestlers and taekwondo of 57 were selected. Founding:The information is based on the researcher's questionnaire, and has been experimentally verified on the students of sports teams in the Sistan and Baluchestan University , with the validity ( 0/78 ) and its validity is approved by management and sport management staffResults: the results of the study, in addition to the confirmation of 3 dimension of distributive justice, procedural and relationship identification resulted in the identification of the dimension of the hagmedar. also , the designed pattern has been validated. in addition, there is a significant difference in the dimension of distributive justice among the two groups of individual and individual sports. In practice, justice is also procedural in individual sports rather than group sports. Conclusion: the dimensions of procedural justice , interactional , hagmedar and distribution are the most important role in the justice index, and the procedure has a first priority among the dimensions of justice for the athletes.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to design and validate the basic sports development model.Methodology: This research adopted a combining qualitative and quantitative approaches and is considered applied research in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the qualitative section consisted of experts related to basic sports in 2019, where a targeted sampling method was used to select 35 were out of that subset of individuals. The quantitative section consisted of club managers, Age-class coaches of basic sport (333 individuals) from which 181 were selected as the sample size based on the Morgan table using random sampling. Interviews were used as the research tool in the qualitative section and a questionnaire containing 2 dimensions and 63 items was used in the quantitative section. The validity of the tool was confirmed through the Convergent Validity parameter and Cronbach alpha coefficients of reliability (80/0). Qualitative data analysis was done using the content analysis method and descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used to answer research questions, assisted by SPSS software and LISREL.Findings: Qualitative findings of the research into the formation of two central dimensions, organizational strategies with 5 components and transnational strategies with 3 components led to the following major themes of basic sports development strategies. It has also been shown by the research Model-Fit test that the overall evaluation of the basic sports development strategies has a strong and desirable rating (GOF=54/0).Conclusion: The final model can be used by sports policy officials and managers towards the development of basic sports.

Objective: This research was conducted with the aim of developing a model of factors affecting the commercialization of sports.Methodology:The research method was performed qualitatively using a systematic design of data-based theory. In order to gather information, in-depth and semi-structured interviews were used and information was analyzed by Gliseir paradigm. The statistical population of the study included professors and activists in the field of sports economics. Targeted theoretical techniques and snowballs were selected. Due to the limitations of the community, the sample size will be equal to the community size. Some scientists consider 10 to 15 people, if their scientific and experimental background is homogeneous, to be sufficient to form a group of experts. In this study, 14 people were interviewed. And from the interview 11 later repetition was observed in the received data and in interview 13 it was saturated. The analysis of qualitative data encoding method three open, axial and selective used. Reliability and validity were confirmed through the percentage of agreement within the subject and the approval of the statistical group and the interviewees.Results: Based on the findings, The research findings showed that various factors such as cultural factors, organizational factors, social factors, legal factors and structural factors affect the commercialization of sports.Conclusion: In general, Therefore, in the policies of managers of sports organizations, these factors should be given special attention.

Objective: In this regard, the purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the content of sport tourism researches of Iran.Methodology: The statistical population of the study consisted of all research articles in the field of sport tourism during 2005 to 2018 that were collected from the internal and external databases(Academic Jihad of Iran) and the related internal publications system.Results: The articles were fallen into three levels: macro, intermediate and micro, 5 general axes and 17 subjects; the most articles focused on the macro level and the axis of tourism development (45.45%) and the least articles on the micro and psychological level (3.78%). At the intermediate level, the two issues of employment, revenue, and quality of service were more of a concern for researchers. The findings showed that among the sports management publications, the highest number of articles (10.28%) were published in the publications of the strategic studies of sports and youth of the Ministry of Sport and among non-sports management publications, the most articles were published in the Tourism Space Quarterly (5.6%). Methodologically, most of the articles used quantitative method and a researcher made questionnaire and standard (86.36%), and descriptive and factor analysis (41.66%). Most studies are done on professors and managers and experts in education and tourism (24.24%). Regarding geographical distribution, the most articles are done with the national issue (23.48%) and the provinces of Tehran, Isfahan and Mazandaran (13.64%). Also, about 90% of the articles are attributed to the 2010s.Conclusion: The analysis of the trend of articles in the field of sport tourism shows that the main challenge of the researchers in this area is the strategic dimensions and natural and climatic factors at the macro level; and the quality of services and employment and entrepreneurship is at the intermediate level and in continue, future researches can be focused on the planning on particular areas of tourism and some sociological issues in this area.
