Objective: The purpose of this study was applied analysis of coastal lifeguard management system and services in Guilan province.
Methodology: The research method is a strategy study based on a descriptive-survey method. The statistical population included managers and organizational experts, coaches and lifeguards in Guilan province. A statistical sample of 76 people (targeted) was selected and polled. The main research tool was a questionnaire extracted from the qualitative section. The validity of the tools was first confirmed based on the legal and scientific validity of information and human resources, content validity (9 people) and its reliability was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient (evaluation: 0.88, challenge: 0.85, solution: 0.91). The analysis method included descriptive statistics in SPSS software.
Findings: Defined analysis framework including components and approaches of evaluation, challenges and solutions by eight perspectives of employment and training of saviors, financial and security, facilities and services, structural and institutional, cultural and participatory, coastal operations, management It was executive and environmental. The results of the evaluation section showed that the coastal operations landscape (4.38) had the best condition and the environmental landscape (1.98) had the worst condition. In the challenges section, the highest impact was assessed for cultural and participatory challenges (5.13) and the lowest impact for facilities and services challenges (4.28). In the solutions section, the employment and training strategies of the rescuers (5.20) had the highest priority and the environmental solutions (4.01) had the lowest priority.
Conclusion: Based on the research findings, it can be said that in all eight perspectives, the situation is lower than expected and the basic and various challenges and all the proposed solutions are of high practical importance. It is explicitly suggested that managers pay attention to the correspondence of indicators, challenges and solutions between the eight perspectives.

Objective: The aim of the research is to the effect of the roles of social media on sport participation by mediating of participatory capabilities.Methodology: The methodology is correlative-descriptive. The population is Tehran citizens who participate in the public sport events in 1396 year. The sample based on the Morgan table is 384 persons that are selected randomly. The main tool of the research includes 3 researcher made questionnaire, media role, sport vision and sport participation. Validity and reliability of tools based on the expert's view, Cronbach alpha and desired model measuring indexes were measured. Smart PLS modeling software was used for analyzing and testing the hypothesis. Results: In direct relations, it was determined that the role of social media have a positive and meaningful impact on attitude of sports, sports interactions, sports media consumption and sports participation. Sports attitude, sport interactions and sports media consumption have a positive and significant effect on sports participation. In the indirect relation section, the Sobel Test examination showed that the role of social media with the mediating role of athletic attitude, sport interactions and sports media consumption have a positive and significant effect. Conclusion: Based on the findings we can say that the indirect impact of media is very much than its indirect role on sport participation and media without vision change capability in their content cannot affect very significantly. Thus it is required that all sport organizations in Tehran produce and manage their media content according to the various visions, requirements and sport interests of citizen.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to measuring the effective factors of controlling and monitoring the risk of sports research projects.
Methodology: The present study was applied in terms of purpose and survey type based on structural equations. The statistical population of the study includes researchers who have participated in sports research projects and 65 people were selected by purposive and available sampling. The collection tools of this research are risk control and monitoring questionnaires, quality control questionnaire, team development questionnaire, competency development questionnaire and risk analysis questionnaire. The face and content validity of these research tools were approved by professors and academic experts. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistical indicators such as frequency distribution tables and structural equation modeling with partial least squares approach (PLS).
Results: Risk analysis on quality control with path coefficient of 0.593, risk analysis on team development with path coefficient of 0.613, risk analysis on capability development with path coefficient of 0.623, risk control and monitoring on risk analysis with path coefficient of 0.663 in Sports research projects are influential. The findings also indicate that the value of GOF in this study is equal to 0.256, which indicates that the research model has a higher than average fit.
Conclusion: Finally, according to the research results, it can be said that in research projects, there is a need for a holistic and systematic view of risks. Risks also need to be prioritized in proportion to time and cost, and an appropriate pre-project response to each risk needs to be provided.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to provide a model for predicting the probability of success of wrestlers based on their demographic characteristics.Methodology: The present study is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in nature. The statistical population of the study was all Iranian wrestling coaches in 1398, from which a sample of 428 people was selected by available sampling method. Research variables included age, coaching experience, coaching degree, highest level of coaching, level of education, championship record and success in coaching. Data were analyzed by logistic regression using R software.Results: The results showed that the highest level of coaching and championship record had the greatest impact on the success of wrestling coaches. The chance of success of coaches with the highest level of national or international coaching was four times the chance of success of other coaches. In addition, the success chances of coaches with provincial, national and international championships were twice, seven times and six times higher than the chances of success of coaches who did not have championships, respectively. Other studied variables had no significant effect on the success of coaches.Conclusion: In order to train successful wrestling coaches, it is better to use young coaches with championship experience in the national team camps. This will increase the level of coaching of young coaches and increase their chances of success.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors causing match-fixing in Iran sports.
Methodology: This research was developed-exploratory that was done using qualitative content analysis method. The participants in the research were 9 sports management researchers, club/national team coaches, professional athletes, and sports journalists who knew about the phenomenon of collusion that were selected purposefully. With the theoretical saturation of the data, the sampling ended. Data collection was done using semi-structured interviews. The interviews were analyzed in three stages included open coding, combining codes and categorization.
Results: The result of data analysis was the identification of 10 factors causing collusion in sports, which were categorized into three categories: "sports-related factors", "key actors’ relationships" and "management factors".
Conclusion: According to the results, the fight against match-fixing requires the establishment of regulatory structures and the development of deterrent laws that both enhance the professional commitment of key sports actors and improve their financial situation.

Objective: The purpose of the current research was to identify and prioritize the components of national sports branding in Iran.
Methodology: In terms of the purpose of this research, it was an applied research that is a mixed research that was conducted in two stages. First, the data characteristics of the country in the national branding of sports were identified by the data theory of the foundation and Glaser approach, and in the next stage, the factors were prioritized by the fuzzy Dematel method. The statistical population of this study included professors of sports management, sports marketing management, branding specialists, experts in the field of public and sports diplomacy, specialists in the field of public and sports tourism, members of the media, sports sociologists and sports psychologists. The sampling method was purposive. A total of 21 interviews were conducted as open and in-depth questions until the data reached theoretical saturation. In the Fuzzy Dimitel section, 9 experts answered the matrix questionnaire.
Results: The research findings showed that there are a total of 86 indicators in the national sports branding of the country, which are classified into 10 concepts, advertising, foreign policy and sports diplomacy, tourism and intrinsic assets and brand image in the category of effective indicators and five, cultural, sports policy-making, information technology and technology, charitable activities and social responsibility are among the effective indicators.
Conclusion: In general, it was concluded that the country of Iran has significant indicators in the field of national sports branding, and due to the intrinsic nature of most of these indicators, the country is in a good position for national sports branding.

Objective: Human resource planning is the basis of development of sports whose prerequisites require proper knowledge of the status of human resources, so the aim of current study was to anlysis the badminton human resources development situation in the provinces of Iran.Methodology: The research method was descriptive-survey and in term of objective was practical and in term of data collection method was field study. The statistical population included badminton associations in the provinces of the country and the statistical sample was chosed in the form of total number. The research tools were a researcher-made questionnaire that evaluate the status of the three group of human resources in sport, consisting of “coaches”, “referees” and “athletes”. Content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the viewpoint of 13 experts. For analyzing data, descriptive, ranking and leveling methods were used in Excel, SPSS and GIS software.Result: The findings showed that Indicators for referees, coaches and athletes have the highest impact on human resource development in the provinces, respectively. Also, about development of badminton human resources in the country, it was found that lower than 4% of provinces in the country being in level 1 or developed, about 8% being in level 2 or less developed, and about 88% of provinces being in level 3 or undeveloped.Conclusion: In general, according to research results in different parts, it is important to adjustment and approval of the training and promotion of coaches, formulate targeted policies in elite sports, create a talent management structure for athletes and increasing the number of badminton referees in a balanced and symmetrical way in the provinces of the country.

Objective: The aim of this study was to identify the factors affecting the Implementation of sports rights based on clubs' civil liabilityMethodology: The research method was a systematic exploratory study with a thematic analysis approach. Data were collected through several methods such as interviews, library study and document review. The statistical population of this section included two human resources and information resources (scientific resources, documentary and library resources). The human part of the statistical community includes university professors and researchers (sports law, sports management, law, etc.) and legal experts in sports, managers of sports clubs who were interviewed. Qualitative sampling was theoretical and judgmental (based on criteria such as specialty, job category, work history, etc.) (17 Participants). The validity of the library study transcript and interview tools was first assessed using expert opinion. Then, through validation methods, coding and agreement of the correctors (kappa coefficient) were examined.Results: Findings showed that the contexts and contexts (legal environment of sports management, legal system of sports management, legal management of sports management and legal development of sports management are effective indicators.Conclusion: According to the results, the development of the environment and legal system in sports clubs, and paying attention to these indicators will lead to the institutionalization of sports rights based on civil responsibility.

Objective: This study was conducted with the aim of explaining the sociology of social development model based on sports development.Methodology: The present study was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in nature; It has been done in the form of a survey. The statistical population of the study included professors and lecturers of sports sciences, managerial and executive factors related to sports, and researchers and analysts in the field of sports development. The statistical sample of the study was a sufficient number for modeling structural equations in PLS software environment; 5 to 15 people for each item or question. Therefore, 565 people were selected as the sample. The sampling method was random. The research tool included a researcher-made questionnaire in two parts: descriptive characteristics and specialized questions. The final questionnaire was prepared in 96 items, using the Likert method and evaluating five options. Its face and content validity was confirmed by 17 experts and the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha method.Results: The results showed that global developments have an impact on international sports laws (0.95), as well as international sports laws (0.62) and social trends (0.34) can affect the country's sports culture. Eventually, the country's sports culture affects the development of sports (0.96) and the development of sports on social development (0.90). Also, the fit of the model was acceptable.Conclusion: Based on the pattern explained in this study, it is concluded that social development requires the development of sport; But it is ultimately shaped by the social components that influence the development of sport. Therefore, it is suggested to emphasize the role of sport and related social components in order to achieve social development.

Objective: This research was conducted with the aim of modeling the factors affecting the cultural capital of the employees of the Ministry of Sports and Youth.Methodology: The current research was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation in terms of nature; which was done in the field. The statistical population of the research included experts from the Ministry of Sports and Youth. 387 persons were selected as a sample and participated in the study. The research tool included a researcher-made questionnaire in two parts: descriptive characteristics and specialized questions. The final questionnaire was prepared using the Likert method and with five options. Its face and content validity was verified by 17 experts and the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha method.Findings: According to the findings, the values obtained for the Q2 index for the components of social capital, body management and identification are in the medium to strong range and for other components in the strong range. Also, except for the two components of identification and social capital, which are in the weak to medium range, the R2 index is in the strong range for the rest of the components. The fit of the model was acceptable.Conclusion: In order to realize the cultural capital, one should first identify the motivations of the people, then implement the planning for the establishment of the cultural capital appropriate to sports organizations through the desired culturalization and emphasis on the identified components.
