Abstract
Objective: The purpose of this paper is to analyze the sensitivity of different parameters in estimating social masculinity of Iranian sports clubs using fuzzy Neuro-Fuzzy model.
Methodology: The study was mix method which 30 individuals who are social activists were selected for the semi-structured interview to identify dimensions of social responsibility. 308 managers, experts, coaches, and players of Iranian Premier League sports clubs completed a researcher-made questionnaire. Then, sensitivity of different parameters estimation of corporate social responsibility of Iranian sports clubs was calculated using fuzzy neural network.
Results: Neuro-Fuzzy analyzed of the dimensions of social responsibility illustrated that the "cultural" dimension has the most importance and impact on the formation of CSR. The impact of the "social" dimensions on the "legal", "political" and "structural" dimensions is more than any other dimension.
Conclusion: Sensitivity analysis of different parameters in estimating social responsibility allows club managers to become familiar with the priorities of the dimensions of social responsibility in their club and to design and develop the necessary strategies in this field.
