The purpose of this research was to provide a framework for analyzing the capacity of digital transformation in Iraqi sports federations and to evaluate it in a case study in the football federation of this country. The research method was a combination of qualitative (thematic analysis approach) and quantitative (descriptive-analytical approach). In the qualitative section, scientific experts (university professors and technology specialists) and executives (managers and organizational specialists) who mastered the topic of the research were consulted (15 people). The qualitative sample was estimated based on reaching theoretical saturation and was sampled by judgmental method. In the quantitative part, you will also get opinions from managers and expert experts of the Iraqi Football Federation (31 people). The selected sample was based on a sufficient number for organizational strategic analysis (20 to 60 people) and 31 people were selected and sampled in a purposeful way. The research tool in the qualitative part included a semi-guided interview along with a structured library study. In the quantitative section, a questionnaire extracted from the qualitative section (43 questions on a 10-choice evaluation scale) was used. The validity of the tools and findings was confirmed in the qualitative part through the agreement between the coders and in the quantitative part through the content validity of the questionnaire (6 experts) and the Delphi panel. The method of analysis of the findings in the qualitative part included the coding approach of thematic analysis and in the quantitative part included the descriptive gap analysis approach.

Objective: This study was conducted with the aim of explaining the sociology of social development model based on sports development.Methodology: The present study was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in nature; It has been done in the form of a survey. The statistical population of the study included professors and lecturers of sports sciences, managerial and executive factors related to sports, and researchers and analysts in the field of sports development. The statistical sample of the study was a sufficient number for modeling structural equations in PLS software environment; 5 to 15 people for each item or question. Therefore, 565 people were selected as the sample. The sampling method was random. The research tool included a researcher-made questionnaire in two parts: descriptive characteristics and specialized questions. The final questionnaire was prepared in 96 items, using the Likert method and evaluating five options. Its face and content validity was confirmed by 17 experts and the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha method. Results: The results showed that global developments have an impact on international sports laws (0.95), as well as international sports laws (0.62) and social trends (0.34) can affect the country's sports culture. Eventually, the country's sports culture affects the development of sports (0.96) and the development of sports on social development (0.90). Also, the fit of the model was acceptable. Conclusion: Based on the pattern explained in this study, it is concluded that social development requires the development of sport; But it is ultimately shaped by the social components that influence the development of sport. Therefore, it is suggested to emphasize the role of sport and related social components in order to achieve social development.

Objective: The present study objective was developing of organizational virtue model in sport organizations.Methodology: This research is an exploratory research with qualitative nature. The research data were collected with snowball sampling and based on in-depth and semi-structured interviews with 17 university professors and experts on organizational virtue. In order to analyze the data, Grounded Theory and systematic method was used and finally, the underlying model was designed based on the classic approach of Glazer (1992). The method of Gathering information was former preceding studies and In-depth and open interview. To measure validity, transferability, and verifiability, findings were presented to the participants and their opinions were applied. The method used for reliability was intra-subject agreement, the mean of intra-subject agreement 0.82 was reported. Results: the results showed that by extrapolating the 42 resulted concepts, 13 sub concept were formed, which in the the theoretical coding stage, were divided into 4 main entries of organisational factors, individual factors, social factors and occupational factors. Conclusion: Finally, This proposed model can be used to determine the indicators of promoting organizational virtue in sports organizations.

Objective: The aim of this study was to Relationship between time preferences and risk preferences with behavioral changes in participation in sports and physical activitiesMethodology: The method used in the present study has been a generalized sequential logit model and the maximum straightening method has been used to estimate the coefficients of the parameters of this pattern. The required information has been collected in the form of a questionnaire, that the process of distribution and collection has been through two methods of distribution with the help of cyberspace and face to face. The sample size was calculated based on the estimation obtained from Cochran's formula and finally 373 questionnaires were used as the basis for statistical analysis. STATA(16) software has been used for statistical analysis of variables and estimation of Logit pattern parameters. Results: The results showed that the economic components of risk preference and time preference have an effect on changing people's behavior to participate in physical activity and with increasing risk and time preference for individuals, increases the likelihood of their presence at higher levels of behavior change (from the Pre-contemplation stage to maintenance). Conclusion: In general, the present study and its findings can provide a new perspective and approach custodians of the development of physical activities in society to use new tools (components of behavioral economics) to achieve their goals to expand and promote physical activity and achieve health goals in the community.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to design a dumping model and an anti-dumping strategy in the Iranian sports market.Methodology: Its method was applied-descriptive in terms of descriptive-correlation nature. The statistical population of the study was all managers and experts in sport production, importers of sport products, economics professors, sport management and marketing who were selected as the statistical sample (n = 229). The validity of the researcher-made questionnaire was confirmed by experts (n = 14). Its reliability was calculated using Cronbach's alpha test (0.979) and combined reliability. Structural equation modeling with PLS3 and SPSS24 software was used for data analysis and model fitting. Results: The results showed that dumping strategy had significant effect on dumping results for business (0.786) and dumping outcomes in sport market (0.545). Pricing strategy, market developments, export and import market, supply and demand in the market and competition in the market are also (0.415), (0.355), (0.222), (0.198) and (0.768) had a significant effect on market capacity for dumping. Also market information network factor, market capacity for dumping, purchase culture (0.158), (0.556) and (0.699) had a significant effect on tendency to use dumping. The variable effect of tendency to use dumping on dumping strategy was also significant (0.716).Conclusion: Therefore, based on this model, one can assess the dimensions of the price breakdown in the sporting goods market, as well as the scientific information on anti-dumping measures that the organization must take to prevent managerial development in the sporting goods market, Provide.
