Objective: The purpose of the present study was to identifying Components of Resistive Economy in College sport of Iran.Methodology: Due to the qualitative and exploratory nature of the subject, qualitative research, Glaser (1992) approach of grounded theory methods was used. Initially, preliminary list of effective indices was identified from prior studies. Then semi-structured interviews (n= 30) conducted in elites who were aware of the subject.Results: The results showed that 199 indexes can be effective in resistive economy in the in College sport. Then in axial coding process 33 concepts were classified. Finally, 8 categories through selective coding was identified including The rule of law, Consumption management, Training and information, Mobility and dynamics, Social Development, Active participation, Reliance on yourself and planning.Conclusion: According to the findings of the study, strategies have been identified that can by strengthening them, it helped develop College sport of Country, moreover Physical education policy makers’ can use identified signs, concepts and categories in future planning to operate resistive economy in sport College.

Objective: The present study objective was developing of organizational virtue model in sport organizations.Methodology: This research is an exploratory research with qualitative nature. The research data were collected with snowball sampling and based on in-depth and semi-structured interviews with 17 university professors and experts on organizational virtue. In order to analyze the data, Grounded Theory and systematic method was used and finally, the underlying model was designed based on the classic approach of Glazer (1992). The method of Gathering information was former preceding studies and In-depth and open interview. To measure validity, transferability, and verifiability, findings were presented to the participants and their opinions were applied. The method used for reliability was intra-subject agreement, the mean of intra-subject agreement 0.82 was reported.Results: the results showed that by extrapolating the 42 resulted concepts, 13 sub concept were formed, which in the the theoretical coding stage, were divided into 4 main entries of organisational factors, individual factors, social factors and occupational factors.Conclusion: Finally, This proposed model can be used to determine the indicators of promoting organizational virtue in sports organizations.

Objective: Since the recognition of regional differences and the study of the structures and factors affecting sport in order to achieve sustainable development are inevitable, the aim of the present study was to analyze the strategic territorial analysis of human resources in the sport of Fars province.Methodology: The statistical population of the research was experts in sport in Fars province. Sampling was done using two theoretical sampling methods and snowball to reach the theoretical saturation (50 people). The research tool was a researcher checklist in which respondents were asked to list the current status of sports human resources, while using the GIS, a descriptive-analytical model was presented and part of the information the results obtained in the ArcGIS software environment were analyzed and evaluated.Results: The overall result of Fars province hard ware & human resources research studies showed that there is an uncompetitive distribution of sports resources infrastructure in the sport area of Fars province. The main objectives of the planning approach are to improve the convergence and coordination between policies and promote the sport in the province. Establishing and deepening approaches to balance the factors Spatial Planning, better synergy sports organizations can be considered as the main strategies in the sports sector.Conclusion: In general, it can be admitted that creating and deepening a survey approach to balancing the factors of the event, improving the coordination of the sports activities of the organizations can be considered as the most important strategies in the sport sector of the province.

Objective: the purpose of this study was Identifying and Verification of the Influential Factors on Establishment of "Talent Management" of Physical Education Teachers.Methodology: The research method was descriptive - correlation. The statistical population of the study included all physical education teachers. According to the research purpose, 384 people were selected in the Exploratory Factor Analysis and 345 people in the Confirmatory Factor Analysis section were selected by Stratified random sampling as a statistical sample. The required data for identifying the components and analyzing the model were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire after obtaining the validity (face, content and structure). To calculate reliability Cronbach’s alpha was used (α = 0.90), and to analyze the data, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation were used. Data analysis was performed using SPSS-20 Software and Lisrel software.Results: The results of exploratory factor analysis showed that 23 finalized items were classified as prerequisites for talent management in physical education teachers in 5 dimensions of "employees, organizational, managerial attitude, organizational policies and rules and talent conceptualization". Finally, examined and tested of structural equation model of the study showed that, overall indices of Structural model were in good condition, so that, the Goodness of Fit Index (GFI) is 0.90, the Comparative Fit Index (CFI) is 0.99 and the Root Mean Square Error of Approximation (RMSEA) was 0.07.Conclusion: The results of this research suggest that the Ministry of Education's macro-level human resources managers, while striving to establish a talent management system for physical education teachers, should provide the necessary and effective factors for deployment in order to achieve the desired outcome.

The present study objective was to compile and investigate a Pattern of Iran Sport Tourism Security management with Grounded Theory approach.The study Methodology was qualitative based on grounded theory and systematic approach. The statistical population included experts, the professors and researchers, events organizers, security providers, athletes and spectators on sports events that Purposive Sampling used based on Theoretical approach and data collection continued until theoretical saturation and 17 semi-structured interviews were conducted. In order to analyze the data, systematic method including Open, axial, and selective three-step encodings was used.Totally 146 initial code were created, Then all the same code were placed in its own category and reduced to 19 Subcategory, Eventually, 7 main categories were created based on secondary open source codes which included Promotion of Sport Tourism Security Management, human resource management, infrastructure, physical protection, Security Management Planning, event hosting conditions and individual and organizational Consequences. In the following and through axial and selective codinf the identified categories were placed in paradigm model and the relation between them were determined. This paradigmatic model includes core phenomena, casual conditions, context conditions, meddeler conditions, strategies and consequences. So Sport Tourism Security Management Model was was compiled.According to the study findings we Can say that managers and staff of sports tourism can focus on the developing of human resources management, security management plan compilation, physical protection, infrastructures and improving hosting candidations for events to Increase sports spectators mental security and better holding of sports events.

objective: Due to increasing importance of social activities, the object of this research was deep study of football social responsibility. Methodology: method of research was Grounded Theory with Glaser approach. for this purpose, with purposed and snowball sampling ,identified 13 experts in football social issues that was conducted 13 deep interviews to achieve theoretical saturation. Data analized through coding in Glaser approach with constant comparison in the coding process include substantive and theoretical.for explaining the research model, around the core category was used model the 6Cs family in Glaser approach. Results: 192 codes were obtained that were categerized in 29 concepts.the results are shown promoting social and caltural values, social justice, cultural modeling,promoting volunteering culture, planning approach ,lawfulness,moral contextualization, philanthropy activities, environmentalism are one of most important explanatory factors of football social responsibility. Conclusion: experts in this research, more emphasis on cultural-social development ,education of social values and ethical issues. sports managers by identifying various aspects of social responsibility, such as cultural affairs، Environmental measures and Humanitarian activities and reviewing its effects on society, can understand better importance of social responsibility of your plans and respect community needs and spectators with better ways.

Objective: One of the main methods of financing and costs by professional sport clubs in the world, is selling tickets, as ticket sales, the lifeblood of any sport organization. Hence, the purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the factors affecting ticketing of Iran’s premier football league. Methodology: The research method was descriptive-correlation. The statistical population of the study included all spectators over 18 years old in the Premier League in 2015/16 season. Sample size (n=324) based on factor analysis, 2 to 10-fold of the items was selected. The data collected through a made questionnaire whose face and content validity was confirmed by 15 experts in panel. To calculate reliability Cronbach’s alpha (α= .9) was used. To analyze the data, exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis was used. Results: Based on exploratory factor analysis, 33 items of ticketing in 8 factors “Facility, Cultural - Social, Attractiveness of match, Economic, Managerial, Marketing, Technology and Planning” were classified. Also, based on confirmation model, Cultural - Social factor, Marketing, Technology, Managerial, Economic, Planning, Attractiveness of match and Facility factor had highest impact on the Iran’s Premier League football ticketing respectively. Conclusion: So, clubs and League organization to better selling ticket and increase their income, must be pay more attention to Facility, Cultural - Social, Attractiveness of match, Economic, Managerial, Marketing, Technology and Planning factors.

Objectives: The main purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the service quality components in sports places using the DEMATEL technique.Methodology: The research method is descriptive-survey. The statistical population of the research consisted of sports management professors, heads and supervisors of sports boards and athletes of the national team Mashhad city, 12 persons were selected as snowball among them. A researcher-made questionnaire was used for collecting data that was analyzed by DEMATEL technique.Results: The results of the research showed that the component of the training programs is the most important component and has the most effect on other components. Also, the component of the club's reputation is most influential from other components of the research.Conclusion: Therefore, sports places managers should pay attention to these factors in order to obtain more satisfaction and profitability by gaining competitive advantage than other competitors

Objective: The purpose of present research was to study the factors affecting fan behavioral abnormalities in Iranian handball super league competitions. Methodology: The research method was quantitative analysis. The Statistical population was fans in Iranian handball super league competitions. Finally, the 407 fans, both male and female, were selected randomly as the sample. The structured questionnaire was used to collect data which its content and face validity was checked and verified by a group of experts. Cronbach's Alpha coefficient was used to test the reliability of the questionnaire (α=0.92). Factor analysis with varimax rotation was used to analyze the data. Results:According to exploratory factor analysis, the 38 variables were classified into six categories of environmental, cultural, psychological, security, protective and managerial. The results showed that the most important item was "the experienced professional players, coaches, and referees" (M=4.42, SD=0.81). The least important component was "the intangible controls of officers" (M=3.26, SD=1.37). The factors affecting fan behavior improvement were ranked managerial, environmental, psychological, protective, cultural, and security factors respectively. Conclusion: According to research findings, considering the managerial factors and training the efficient human resources can be as an effective step in the improvement of fan behavior.

AbstractObjective: Considering the vital role of quality services in survival and profitability of sports clubs, the purpose of this study was the comparison of service quality, customer satisfaction and loyalty in private and public fitness and aerobic clubs in Sabzevar city.Methodology: The study was a comparative one, and the statistical population included all female costumers of fitness and aerobic centers in Sabzevar from which 341 participants were selected randomly. To gather information, we used a standard questionnaire by Liu (2008). Content validity of the questionnaire was determined by experts and reliability was measured through Cronbach’s alpha coefficient (α =0/98).Results: Survey findings showed that there was a significant difference between private and public fitness and aerobic clubs in service quality including its components such as reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. Also, a significant difference was observed between customer satisfaction of private and public clubs and components of corporate image, personnel, convenience and equipment in private and public clubs. There was also a significant difference between customer loyalty and its components (attitudinal loyalty and behavioral loyalty) in Private and Public clubs.Conclusion: According to our research findings, fitness and aerobic club managers should play a greater role in customer satisfaction by sticking to their promises and providing more tangible services in order to attract loyal customers.Keywords: Customers, Services, Sport clubs, Sport marketing.
