طراحی مدل برابری جنسیتی در ورزش ایران (با تاکید بر ورزش قهرمانی و حرفه ای)

چکیده

هدف: هدف از انجام این پژوهش، طراحی مدل برابری جنسیتی در ورزش ایران بود.
روش‌شناسی: تحقیق حاضر از نوع کیفی با رویکرد گراندد تئوری بود. داده‌هابابررسی مبانی و پیشینه های تحقیق و مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با 11 خبره انجام گرفت. جامعه پژوهش هیات علمی دانشکده های علوم ورزشی و جامعه شناسی، ورزشکاران و مربیان فعال در سطوح قهرمانی و حرفه ای رشته های ورزشی ، مدیران وزارت ورزش و جوانان، کمیته ملی المپیک، فدراسیون های ورزشی و هیات های ورزشی بودند. نمونه‌گیری به‌ صورت نظری انجام و پس از 11 مصاحبه، اشباع حاصل و چارچوب مدل شکل گرفت. به منظور سنجش کیفیت کدگذاری انجام شده نیز از روش توافق بین دو کدگذار بر اساس ضریب کاپای کوهن (79/0) استفاده شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از سه مرحله کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی انجام شد. پس از کدگذاری باز، شرایط علی، شرایط زمینه‌ای، شرایط مداخله گر، راهبردها و پیامدهای برابری جنسیتی در ورزش ایران استخراج و سپس در مرحله کدگذاری محوری و انتخابی، پیوند بین این مقوله‌ها در قالب مدل پارادایمی پژوهش تعیین گردید و مدل نهایی ارائه شد.
یافته‌ها: بر اساس نتایج در شرایط علی14 مقوله فرعی، شرایط زمینه ای10مقوله فرعی، شرایط مداخله گر23 مقوله فرعی، راهبردها12 مقوله فرعی و درپیامدها10 مقوله فرعی استخراج گردید.
نتیجه‌گیری: لازمه تحقق برابری جنسیتی در ورزش، اراده جمعی، درهم تنیدگی کنش های مردان و زنان دردیالکتیک تکمیلی و بدور از مطلق گرایی و بر پایه شرایط فرهنگی- اجتماعی حال حاضر کشور است.

Objective: Design a model of gender equality in Iranian sports
Methodology: The study was of qualitative type with a grand theory approach. Data were analyzed using the basics of research and semi-structured interviews with 11 experts. The research community was faculty from the Schools of Sports Science and Sociology, athletes and coaches active in the championship and professional levels of sports, directors of the Ministry of Sports and Youth, the National Olympic Committee, sports federations and sports delegations. Sampling performed theoretically and after 11 interviews, the resulting saturation and model framework were formed. In order to measure the quality of the coding, the agreement method between the two coders used based on Cope Cohen coefficient (0.79). Data analysis performed using three stages of open, central and selective coding. After open coding, causal conditions, contextual conditions, intervening conditions, strategies and consequences of gender equality in Iranian sports were extracted and in the central and selective coding stage, the link between these categories was determined in the form of paradigmatic research model.The final was presented.
Results: The results in causal conditions of 14 sub-categories, contextual conditions of 10 sub-categories, intervening conditions of 23 sub-categories, strategies of 12 sub-categories and 10 sub-categories of the results were extracted.
Conclusion: It is necessary to achieve gender equality in sports, collective will, intertwining the actions of men and women in complementary dialectics and away from absolutism and based on the current socio-cultural conditions of the country.
